No coffee pot, pots, dishes,etc. No shower curtain, no toilet paper. Door lock want working properly. Complained to management and was told to just be gentle with it. Door wouldn't close on it's own. Had to pull it shut. Terrible place

This was a disaster. The property describes itself on its website as an extended stay-type facility. I was travelling on business and booked expecting to be able to cater for myself, and work from my room. However, the description and photos of the room were not accurate. Most amenities listed were not present (no flatware, dishes, tea/coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.), not even paper cups. Bed was made with thin, worn, poor quality linens, with 1 pillow with no pillowcase. No chair. 1 small towel and threadbare face cloth. No toilet paper! Eventually I was provided with 2 covered pillows, 2 towels,1 roll of toilet paper. Room was acceptably clean but very worn and shabby. All that said, front desk staff were great and seemed genuinely embarrassed by the situation - I actually felt sorry for them. They agreed the room was not as described and inferred that none of the rooms were. I checked in on Friday afternoon and was told that there was no manager on duty then, or over the weekend. They claimed management had tried to correct the description, but that nothing had actually been changed. I had booked for 4 nights but left after 2 as soon as other accommodation in the area became available (because of a football game at Notre Dame Uni. all places were fully booked). My booking was non-refundable, but after 1 1/2 hours of a chat session with Hotels.com and a follow up session after I returned from the trip, I received a partial refund for the 2 nights I did not stay there.

The room was gross, furniture missing and broken. Sent to wrong room three times. I would not recommend to anyone.

Piss stain on mattress, The property manager had the nerves to tell me they just took that out the wrapper and I'm the 1st person to use it

My stay this time was better then the 1st time. Lafy at front desk was amazing! Just a few minor issues, and front desk helped to address. I will say though, lots of people running around all hours day/night thru hallways.

I'll start with the good, nice clean room good rate. Now to the bed, room with a studio room and the anemones said kitchenware included got up there had no cookware silverware plates or anything like that in the room. That was one of the reasons I booked a studio room. Now on to the very bad, I have a dog and when I booked through hotels.com it said that there was a $50 pet deposit. I went ahead and booked the room and it was pay up front non-refundable. I get to the property and they inform me it's a $50 non-refundable deposit which the listing on hotels.com did not indicate. Tried to talk to the lady at the front desk about it and she was very rude and pretty much shut me down and deflected the blame on hotels.com. I know better than that that is an underhanded tactic by the property to squeeze an extra $50 off a pet owner and get them to choose their property over another. I will be contacting their corporate office and filing a report with the better Business bureau.. is I see that that's not a hotel.com problem but the problem lies on the person who listed the property on hotels.com they failed to mention that the deposit was non-refundable. Had that been truthfully disclosed on the listing there was probably another property I would have booked at that that was better value for me.

Very bad experience, No hot water, secure doors were left open, No night clerk. I would not stay again.

Had no hot water the entire time there, also, did not have cold water for hours as well. Could not take a shower. Pool is closed and room was not cleaned the way it should have been. Holes in curtains, food stains on wall, exposed floor, cracked outlets and switches.

Fire alarm triggered 7x. Damaged floor tiles, furniture, elevator. Room's entry light switch broken. Wanting amenities. No bottled water. Only 1 bar of soap. Had to ask for hangars. In-room kitchen area had no pot, pan, cooking or eating utensils. Minimal service. Front desk closed between midnight and noon.

Studio is small chair in my room was dirty full of pet hair mattress was old and wire spring right at the surface of mattress very uncomfortable! No service at nite and early in the morning!

Keys didnt work 2 times, slimey floor in the room, no remote. Room was dirty but not half as dirty as all of the common areas. Comforters were barely thicker than the sheets.

Overall it is an affordable Stay with nice amenities in the rooms, full size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, two burner cooktop stove, big microwave, kitchen sink, dishwasher, (although I believe the dishwasher was not hooked up). Convenient location on the bus route and quite a few nearby restaurants. Compared to other prices on 933 this is the best value for the money. Has an indoor pool that has been closed down since the start of the COVID pandemic. Definitely makes for a nice extended stay when pool is open. Staff there are friendly and have always helped me with anything I might need 24/7. I will definitely book with them again when I'm in town.

The lights didn’t work in the room I was initially assigned to as check in. The front desk staff I believe her name was Brittney was more than helpful and switched my room. The next room hadn’t been cleaned at all so I went back again to get a 3rd room. That room was decent and I didn’t want to move again so I just just stayed there. There was no office chair, dishes, or coffee maker in the room which I assume was out of the ordinary. Although I wasn’t completely satisfied with my stay, Brittney was a huge help and even spoke with her manager about the trouble I had at check in and I was refunded one of my nights.

F- !!! On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this place in the far negatives.
This stay was positively disgusting. There were flies everywhere. The room had a horrible smell. The pool is closed. There was a child screaming in the halls. They charged an additional $50 for our dog to stay the night when it was NOT mentioned prior to the stay, even when I called ahead to double check that pets were allowed. The place was dirty. The residents and guests were questionable. The next morning when I ordered an Uber a guest warned me to wait for it at the precise location set or someone would steal it. My partner kept making fun of me for the bad booking. The condition of this hotel should be criminal!
The ONLY positive aspect was our Guest Relations Associate Chelsea. She was super sweet and funny, and did her very best to accommodate us, though the weight of everything wrong with our stay was outside of her control.

Just one pillow at the room, no soap no shampoo no iron and ironing board and i ask for one and in almost 2 weeks stay they didn’t send me any.
Basically you have to do most of hotel services by your self like ( taking the trash out, take your towels down and gave it to them so they will replace to you with clean ones.
All over I didn’t see hotem service there

*PLEASE READ BEFORE CHOOSING TO STAY HERE** Aside from all the issues with check in - we weren’t able to check into our room until after our concert was over and it was dark. We opened our door to find a bed that had no linens, pillowcases, anything. Went back to the desk and they handed us a pile of sheets. No comforter - instead a 2nd sheet to have on the bed. We just went in and went straight to bed. We realized the horror of the room when we woke up. My husband and I both felt like we were bit in our sleep. Upon inspecting - we found bed bugs. The walls had brown smears all over, a hole in the wall behind the door, dirty dishes still in the dishwasher from whoever was there before, crumbled up cereal and CAT FOOD all over the top of the refrigerator. The floors were sticky and gross. No trash can, the chair in the room was covered in pet hair and some sort of other excrement. We were so disgusted and horrified there aren’t even enough words to describe the condition of this hotel.

No where posted on Expedia or the hotel’s website was that they stop checkins at 10pm. Staff made a stink that we arrived after 10pm. Facility was filthy, trashy, and sketchy. The fridge with freezer was the reason why I booked this room. Second bed had 1 pillow without a pillowcase, and was dirty and full of hair. There was no hot water.

Please do not stay here, staff rude even with late check in will not check u in after 11pm, pool broke, no ice machine. Dishwasher, Toilet, microwave broke in room, room do dirty i cleaned the flooor the rag was black, we cleaned room with bleach, the room smelled of mildew, the doors are broke anyone can come in, n my key card became magicly deactivated, staff stated it happens all the time. Again do not ever stay here

Bathroom toilet had Urine all over it.
There were no phones in the rooms or remote control.
The wall and the floor dirt all over it .
We received 1 bed spread to cover up with and not a sheet and a bed spread.
I tried to call the front desk and no one answered from my cell phone.

We booked months in advance. On the day of, we went in person at 1:30 p.m. to make sure there would be no issues with a late check in, after a concert. We were told the reservation was in the system so it was no problem.
We arrived again at 11:45 p.m. to check in. The manager was no where to be found, and we were told by a night guard to wait until she came back as she had other things to do besides be at the desk waiting for us. He had no idea how long that would be, it could be minutes or hours and he could not/refused to call anyone to find out.
About 15 minutes later, the manager arrived to a lobby full of guests with reservations waiting on her. We were then told by the manager that a reservation meant nothing and that they did not have rooms for us. After several minutes we were able to convince her to at least check the system since our reservation had been fine earlier that day. She did and stated that they cancelled our reservation with no notice. Manager became angry because several people in the lobby were upset to find out they had no where to stay that night. She became violent and threw a stapler and other office supplies at us. Police were called and upon arrival told me this was the fifth time that day that they had been there. It was the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced.

Hotel was overbooked and checkin very slow. Customers in front of me in line had issues. My checkkn was fairly smooth other than slow. Room was decent. Not cleaned the best. Sheets had some staining and some stray hairs. Bathroom was fairly clean but definitely could’ve been better. Bed was uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a flat pillow on plywood. Ultimately the hotel served its purpose. Would not stay there again if at all possible.

The Hotel was overbooked & giving people keys to rooms that were already occupied....not just 1 or 2 rooms but 15-20 times just while we were waiting to check in...the desk clerk was screaming at the people checking in.. and she walked out into the parking lot...UNBELIEVABLE!!!

They canceled our 2 night stay without any notice. We arrived at 1:15am to be told we didnt have a room and that their policy stated check-in ended at midnight. When we booked, we made sure to check for a late check-in and this hotel was listed as a 2am check-in. The lady working the front desk was RUDE and offered nothing other than a cancelation. While we sat in our car to figure out where to sleep that night, we saw many sketchy, drugged-out people come and go. Do NOT stay here if you have children with you. Or value your belongings for that matter. Looking back, I'm so happy that we ended up not staying there.

Went to hotel after attending a concert and was told that there were no rooms available and all reservations were canceled. Not just me, multiple people told the same thing. Very poor management. Avoid it at all cost!

First of all after booking back in February. They updated there computer and list all there reservations. So my room was given away to someone else. The staff was terrible and yelling at people. Blaming there customers and not trying to make it right. Very rude. Totally unexceptionable.

This is the worst hotel I have EVER dealt with. They lied and said they did a software change and all the reservations were lost. We read other reviews and apparently this isn’t the first time they have used this excuse. Then when I demanded my money back, I was told to contact Expedia. Expedia rep Told me since I did reserve now pay later, I have to back and contact the hotel to get my refund. I’m out the $90 and had to pay $250 to stay at another hotel after driving 4 hours. This hotel desk clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional.

This place shouldn't be on the website. It isn't really a normal hotel, it is a homeless extended living place. They didn't have rooms available for most of the reservations that were in place this day. Gave my room away while at the concert and didn't have any rooms left when we came back after the show.
