Choice hotel should be out of business the owner and his staff have issue that they refuse to handle the last four visit after 2pm rooms are never ready not clean their ac vents have black dust in it and robin lemey is not a manger she is a crazy lady that calls the police on people and say they threaten her and they have done nothing but wast time and money on a hotel that has a manger that dosent have manger skills and let under age women on the property Christen steals money dont waste your time or money this property is ran by crazy people criminals

Overall clean, nice and quiet property. Walk to Waffle House and nice gas station close to reset on our road trip. Will be back.

Clean friendly staff great breakfast. Only two complaints. Doors from rooms slam loudly. Walls are paper thin you can hear people talking sneezing even farting. Kind of ruins any mood for romance.

I was very pleasantly surprised when our room was cleaned during our stay. Starting with Covid, I don't think our room was ever cleaned during our stay.
The breakfast was very very very limited. All they had was cereal and waffles, and they didn't tasted good. There were no bagels, no cream cheese, no toast. We didn't bother going to breakfast the second day we were there since there was no breakfast

Housekeeping came daily and made our bed and left fresh towels. This does not happen anywhere we go since Covid days. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed! Very large bathroom and room. Loved our stay!

We had a problem at check-in which was eventually resolved, and it was solely a miscommunication at the hotel among staff. It was frustrating because we checked in late at night and as it was we only got 4 hours of sleep, and I didn't appreciate that the staff member on duty didn't seem to want to help us resolve the issue. Eventually management was called and they responded swiftly to resolve our issue.

I enjoyed my stay. The property was very nice and it was a clean comfortable quiet room after a pretty horrible day. Exactly what I needed to start the next day fresh! Not a single complaint to be said. It was enjoyable! Thank you!

Too much fragrance!!! No one wants to sleep in Abercrombie or Hollister. Please provide a fragrance free room for people or just stop spraying that stuff. Thanks!

Early morning noise from some younger guests was a bit annoying, but tolerable.

We booked this hotel based on the excellent reviews, many of which, I suspect, we’re written by friends and family. While our stay was okay, it was far from excellent. Our room was shopworn. The shower was old, and there were exposed wires around the heating/ac unit. The breakfast was one of the most meager I’ve ever seen. The staff was civil, but when I was leaving, the desk clerk demanded that I stop by the desk and checkout. What is this? 1992? For $180 plus, this property is not worth the money.

Staff was pretty much non-existant. The complemintary breakfast wasn't well stocked. There was no coffee or milk at 8:30 AM and no staff in sight. There was no one at the front desk when arriving for check . Had to wait for this young kid to get there. Looked to be about 16.

Very clean. Looks newly renovated. Great location. Safe area. Staff was helpful. Breakfast could be a little better. Food offered was great. Some eggs and bacon would be good , or even just a bagel.

The staff are EXCELLENT! Very friendly. I encourage other travelers to talk to the staff. Easy drive to Atlanta or to Lookout Mountain.

This hotel is always a nice place to stay. The staff is friendly and the rooms are always very clean. The breakfast is always fresh and decent selection. There is also a good selection of food nearby and the freeway is close.

Right off 75, very convenient. Lots of restaurants within a few miles. Stephanie at front desk was fantastic, kind, and welcoming. A little noise from being near the highway, but a great choice for us.

Check in lady was super nice and friendly. The room was great and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean as well. The bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was good. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Room were nice and comfortable.
My only complaints are the breakfast was not that good and the water in the shower is weak when it comes out but other than that they made it a very pleasant place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Workers were nice, but we were put in a room with the loudest air conditioning unit. Everytime it would turn on, it was very loud. Hard to sleep peacefully!
