The hotel was clean, not dreary looking like so many of these places, and comfortable. The check-in person was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also much better than any I have had at other chains.

Was charged more than when I booked for. The pool was not working. The room had little black ants here and there. But it was comfortable and the people seemed friendly enough

It was an ok place to stay. The room was clean. The toilet was way to low , and the water pressure was so strong it actually felt like needles on my skin. The breakfast was warm and delicious

My staff was satisfactory. Tbe room was sufficient and clean. The best part of this hotel was the person working the dining. Her name is Jennifer and she needs a raise because her customer service skills are top notched. The pool itself was not clean as their were little crawling creatures in and about the pool. The jacuzzi was not operable and cordon off by chairs around it. The free breakfast was limited but not too bad. Tried to contact front desk bur not able to get through. I had to call the hotel direct from my cell phone. Front desk staff were cordial. Overall, my stay was ok but again thr highlight was that one staff that made everyone feel welcomed. Hats off to Jennifer!!!!!

Elevator was not working but the staff made it right by moving me to a room on a lower floor. But it did have ants.

Our stay was short, but we enjoyed the comfortable beds. Only bad thing was elevator was broken & we had to carry stuff up a lot of stairs late at night. Friendly staff!

There was quite a bit of difference between my stay here. And another suite style hotel in the area the day before. This one had breakfast available, yes. Hot coffee at all hours, yes! A tub that worked,YES! and a later check out time that was so appreciated by this weary traveler. the staff also were extremely accommodating. And because of all of this, I have decided that this will be my go to place whenever I return to the city.

Check in and out staff were outstanding. They cared about your stay and your questions even when juggling a multitude of phone calls coming in from Tulsa for relocation. I was the priority; not the phone calls--this is the type of customer service that is missing today--you above the phone. Same experience when I checked out with a different front desk person. Loved my room, the quality of the bed, pillows and bathroom. Very quiet and relaxing. I've stayed in many hotels over the years and this one is at the top of my list and would recommend to anyone!

Excellent hotel. Pretty new, and very clean There is a tv issue in the rooms. The TV’s can’t connect to the internet, so Netflix and you tube don’t work. And the “program menu” is worthless, so if tv is important to you call before u reserve, or look elsewhere.

Took us 20 minute's to get the tv to work. Had to unplug the power and plug it back in. The tv guide will not stay on the screen so it's hard to see whats on. You have about one second to read the screen before it shuts off.

to park to check in wasn't very awesome. There were 4 vehicles parked under the covered parking and never moved so we had to deal with rain trying to go into hotel. The bed was super springy. We could hear kids next door to us which wasn't cool. Hot tube wasn't working which made us mad. Breakfast barely had anything good for us. Wont' stay there again.

Very nice motel that was a great end to our trip. We stayed six nights with a different chain and were disappointed with the quality. SAUSAGE in the gravy and delicious biscuits! We will be looking for Fairfield everywhere we go from now on.
