Love this place. Plenty to do. Nice restaurants and live music. One of my favorites

We loved this hotel and plan to return next year. We had a two bedroom suite with a kitchen and living room. Everything was exceptionally clean and the beds were so comfortable.
We went on a boat excursion looking for dolphins of which we saw many. This trip was included in the cost of the stay.

The kitchen was POORLY equipped. For nearly $1,000 nightly rate, I would expect the utensils, pans, etc to be better than a college dormitory. One example being that our unit had only 4 forks, none of which matched. The amount of pots, pans, platters was insufficient and there was no detergent supplied for the dishwasher.

The property was excellent good location very clean the staff was friendly i would highly recommend.

The room was nice - it had a full kitchen but utensils were 2 of each. Only one dirty coffee cup. The maids rang the bell 5 times before I could make it to the door every time. The Marker 92 restaurant is horrible. Imagine being in the fresh shrimp state and they serve you shrimp from a bag that had no flavor.

I would love here!!!!

Check in team we fantastic. Helpful and fun. Was a bit concerned at first when I see a deadbolt added to the standard locking mechanisms but ended up feeling safe. Room was nice and large. Balcony was fabulous. Noise was quite a bit because we were by elevator and over courtyard but that even didn’t taint the stay. I’d recommend and stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay last year but this year was a little disrupted due to ongoing construction around the property.

Construction /repairs were being done from hurricane damage. We were not informed that the main poool was closed. We have been here MANY times and love the property - but were disappointed this time.

Currently there is a free daily dolphin tour from the pier. It’s excellent. Our trip we saw 100’s of dolphin! Not always a guaranty. And of course consider every resort and business is still recovering from hurricane Ian. You will still see some construction, clean up and damage. This resort is handling it much better than others! Highly recommend.

This was not my first time and I loved it just the same. This hotel never disappoints. Amazing view of the Marina.

We only stayed one night in the hotel, so we didn't have a chance to explore much. But, everything we did see was fabulous! Our room was spacious, clean and tastefully done. The beds were extremely comfortable, I could stay all day in them! We had the view of the river from our balcony, that was very nice too. We also had breakfast in the hotel's restaurant, food was ok, the service was excellent! We sat outside and had the view of the marina and pool, all beautiful! Can wait to be able to stay more days next time! The first thing I personally
liked was the nice smell when we walked into the lobby and that staircase with the water feature, very classy!👏👏👏👏👏

Great staff & service. The room and the view was very nice. The pillows were a little too thick for my comfort but the mattress was excellent. Very clean and quiet. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Cape Coral, FL for business or vacation.

I loved the property in general. Great views of the Marina and the surrounding area. Great drinks and great food. However, there is "No" 24hr room service as advertised on Expedia. All food and drinks services end by 10pm.

We enjoyed having a large suite with a view of the marina, a full kitchen, and a huge closet! Restaurants on premise and nearby were good with lots of fun at Nautical Mermaid restaurant!

This Westin was a huge disappointment. Loud music in the bar that overwhelmed the dining facility. It completely lacked the elegance we choose The Westin for. The bar was like a frat party - right next to the restaurant. The music was obnoxious and loud, and they played nice music in the restaurant and blared the music in the bar. Honestly, I felt like we were in a low-class hotel that was attempting to be a party place. We tried to sit and have a bottle of wine and desert one night, but we could barely hear each other talk in the restaurant due to the bar. This Hotel should focus more on elegance when people are paying $450 to $500 a room. Completely disappointed with the environment of this hotel. There is a complete lack of sophistication. I paid for a 5 Star hotel, and I got a Holiday Inn 2 Star accommodation.

Boat trip (free) to fort Myers’s beach well worth taking

This is a great tucked away property. Away from the busy beaches, this offers a luxury feel . Also, Beautiful views (I choose Marina side) Nice Tiki / Pool Restaurant Bar.
The shoppes & additional restaurants along the Marina are more upscale, not trinkets & Tshirts. My favorite is Evas.
Always feel relaxed here.
It remains unscathed by Florida’s growing population.
(I live in Florida & this is a perfect gem to unwind in a peaceful setting))
