Our room was dirty. Hair in bed sink and tub dirty and tub wouldn’t drain. They remodeled lobby but the carpets are old and dirty. Never again

Nice room, poor service! 5 nights and room was never cleaned! Had to go down and request towels & other supplies. We were told they couldn’t get anyone to work. Poorly managed!

Ver nice place, I'm glad we stayed here. Very large room, very clean and in a great location just off I-555. Can't say we enjoyed eating at the restaurant. Limited menu as you might expect, but some odd choices to pick from. We ended up splitting a hamburger which was decent. Small and yet awful wine list, and they were out of our first two choices. Stay here but eat elsewhere.

We reserved a suite a couple weeks in advance. Upon arrival were assigned a room and provided a key card. Unfortunately, when we unlocked the door and entered the room, we discovered it was already occupied. VERY AWKWARD! After apologies, we returned to front dest with two toddlers and luggage where the clerk never apologized for the mistake and assigned us another room that was not what we reserved nor had the stool been cleaned . Clerk advised they couldn't discount room because we reserved it through a third party (Travelocity). Do NOT stay at this place

The restaurant and bar was closed Thursday through Monday. Seriously??? My dinner Sunday night consisted of lobby peanut butter crackers snd cheetos. The frig had a few burritos. I’m not sure how you have maintained your Hilton Franchise.

It was a good stay. The furniture could use an update it’s all very worn. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a safe convenient place to stay while in town.

The coffee maker was broken, i left a note but no one came to clean the room after my first night so unless i told the desk no one knew. There was a pair of dirty underwear left in the room from a previous guest and the side door closest to my vehicle did not work with my card so when i was loading\unloading i had to walk all the way around the facility. Also i looked for any info on "free" breakfast on the site and it did not list any so that i could at least get a coffee since my room coffee maker was broken however it did appear there was some breakfast options available but no sign was there to inform people. Even if my coffee maker worked I'm not sure i would've used it because it was disgusting and had leftover coffe filling the overflow recepticle. It was a nice hotel that was being managed poorly, as in people were not checking if side doors worked with keys or that the rooms was clean.

When you walk in the front door the lobby area is clean and off to the left is the breakfast area and it is already ready for the morning breakfast

We had an enjoyable stay. The only thing that was confusing was lack of information on wi-fi. A cursory look at the info on the emails from Hilton and info found in the hotel room appears to require guests to join some sort of club before they can have free wi-fi. Something almost no other hotel I've stayed at requires. But the location, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff were top-notch. It was an enjoyable stay.

Our check in was pleasant, the room was clean and quiet. I paid extra for breakfast when I booked my room. We went downstairs for breakfast at 9:30 am. A lady that was a kitchen employee walked up to me and asked if I had paid for breakfast and I said yes and gave her my room number. The lady behind the counter inside the kitchen was already shutting the buffet line down. The food had very little amounts and they let the coffee run out, so we had to wait for more coffee to be made. Both kitchen staff ladies said that they stop serving at 10:00 but it wasn't near that time yet. They were trying to get it closed down early and not refill the food. Then the attendant walking around brought me a payment ticket, and I asked her what that was for? I had already paid for my breakfast. The Lady at the front desk said it was so I could leave a tip. I told her that I didn't feel it was appropriate to leave a tip when no one served us at all, there was a lady walking around gathering dirty dishes, and the other one was trying to shut the food down early. The only thing that the attendant gave us was a hard time and I am not leaving a tip for that. I felt that I was badgered when I walked up there for breakfast, made to feel unwelcomed by the lady in the kitchen and that is not Hospitality at all. Then they asked for a tip, I find that ridiculous. Plus they had all the forks and spoons on the tables already, and uncovered/unprotected making it unsanitary. The Breakfast crew was awful.

Oh my gosh! The friendliest staff I have ever encountered and I travel all the time. Everyone bent over backward to be nice and help with anything we needed. We will be back!

Whoever checked us in messed up and put us in the wront room. While there, other people walked into our room several different times while getting a key to our room. Then at shift change, the next staff was able to fix the problem in the computer.

The sheets on my sons bed had very visible bloody stans and not to mention the glass we found in the bed very disturbing, disgusting, unsafe and unsanitary.

It was ok. Got charged double for the room. But they did fix it a couple of days after! If we didn’t have the extra money we would have been in a bad spot! But building was pretty clean!

They are currently remodeling the lobby. The room was far from clean. The bathroom door was broken. It wouldnt stay shut or lock. The tub would barely drained. We had no hot water when we got there about 10 pm. We told the front desk and they said it was because of the time of day, however, there was still no hot water at 7am when we tried to run a shower again. Standing in the shower the water just pooled up. It was disgusting. The bathroom counters were barely attached. Do not reccomend. The hotel couldnt do a thing to rectify anything because we booked through hotels.com.

First impression was great. Clean, impressive, Location and convenience to shopping and staff were all great. As soon as we walked into our hallway, we were hit with a dampness and disgusting, dank smell. When we opened the door to our room, the smell and dampness were worse. The carpet literally felt as if it had just been shampooed.it was gross! We had been in the car for 6 hrs and were in town for a funeral. We were exhausted and the problem was obviously throughout the facility, so we stuck it out for the night. By morning the towels felt like they’d already been used. I came home with a severe eye infection, and after describing the room conditions to my dr, he said it was ripe for growing all kinds of bacteria. We were terribly disappointed and should have insisted on getting our money back, but guess with the Expedia policy of No Money Back on This Property, guess that should have been a warning??? It wasn’t cheap, either! We won’t be using Expedia again!

The hotel was great. We had a suite which was just a few dollars more than a King bed room. My only complaint was the $12.50 breakfast. I could have gotten it for $10 if I booked breakfast thru Hotels.com! Still not knowing what it was going to be was a bit pricey.

Well they had wallpaper coming off the walls there was a big stain above our bed from the room up above us otherwise it wasn't bad

This hotel had a fire sprinkler break (in the door lock - the two sets of doors) in the front lobby due to cold weather at the front door. This caused a big mess. But they dealt with it quickly and professionally. It didn't really effect us except for the breakfast location which was moved down the hall. The pool was warmer than expected (I loved it). Overall great stay.
