Our room was big with 2 balconies. Bed was comfortable. View was toward the park. Parking was free and right on the side.

The location is unbeatable! Right across from the lighthouse. Walk to anything you want pretty much! And the trees/bushes smell really great! The rooms are spacious and clean.

Awesome service. Hostess was great Parking was a little tight, but parking lot was well lit and felt safe.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is the pillows are way too thick. Neither my husband nor I could sleep on them. The clerk did try to give us thinner ones but they were still too big. We slept on towels curled up. Very clean buildings and rooms. Easy access to down town.

Pros: We had the family suite. Beautiful hotel and unit with a great view. Staff was very friendly. Check in was smooth. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast pastries provided were tasty. Cons: Unit had a few scratches on the walls. Fire alarm was wrapped in plastic. Oven started smoking when turned on (this was a known issue when addressed).

Great location for walking to shopping, restaurants, bars, and to the boardwalk. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The only thing that was bothersome was how out dated the interior is, especially the hallways and room decor. However it was clean.

The location is good but the rest of the properly suffers from bad management and stingy owners who obviously do not spend a dime on comfort and convenience. Maid service was almost non-existent but the manager actually had the nerve to solicit tips for the maid. The breakfast was awful as was the coffee. However, the worst part was the BED (what is the main reason for a hotel to exist?). We absolutely could not sleep on the bed and checked out early. When we asked for a refund, we were sent to Hotels.com and Hotels.com seems to want us to collect from the hotel. Luckily, I am a retied lawyer so I can sue both entities in the Magistrate Court of Glynn County, Georgia which I intend to do if I do not get refunded the money I paid for the night we did not use.

Easy walk to everything we wanted...dining, pier, beach. Beach was only accessible during low tide. 10 minute drive to public beach. Had a wonderful time.

Second time we have stayed here. Great location, right downtown. Walk to all the shops, public pool and pier. All kinds of restaurant choices and all walkable. Young lady at front desk was very friendly.

Such a beautiful location, Can see the lighthouse from the hotel. Walkable to everywhere you need. Recommend also renting bikes from a local spot to see more of the island!

Our stay was good. Great location. Only comment we have is. The room we stayed in had a smell and was very humid. Everything felt damp. it was as if the air-conditioning was not working properly. Part from that we had a good experience.
