Despite there being a ton of kids staying in the hotel, our room on the first floor was surprisingly quiet.
The breakfast was also quite good though as other staff person and more garbage cans would have been helpful

Very nicely kept and updated hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Parking was plentiful and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was fine. It was basically just of the highway and well lit, secure, and clean.
The breakfast - always a hit or miss thing - left a lot to be desired on the day I was there.
My big gripe remains the room was very badly lit. I was on a work trip, I got the suite type room with the larger desk, but the lighting was terrible. The lobby was better. They need to figure out a better way to integrate the printer in the lobby business area. It worked, but not efficiently. All in - a 4 star for me.

Check in was easy. Pool was accessible late in the evening and early in the morning. Standard free breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. We were on the first floor and the only downside was noise from people walking any but that ended by 10PM.

The staff was friendly and VERY responsive. We used the hot tub and had trouble turning it on. They had sent a text messsge on checkin asking how our stay was. I responded to the text message and they came in person immediately.
The pool and hot tub was very nice. This was an overnight stress reliever romantic getaway. We will likely come back

We took our kids to have a fun weekend getaway - We planned on visiting museum nearby and have the kids play in the pool and hot tub and have a nice cozy evening. But no! the hotel had other plans! There was so much drinking in the pool area. Foul language was being heavily used around kids in a very loud manner. It was overall a huge disappointment

The hotel was particularly noisy during our stay… early mornings, late evenings….i would probably request a room on the third floor considering how loud it was.

Atmosphere was nice and friendly. It smell amazing the room was very clean and had extra items for us. Breakfast was made really well.

I have stayed 9 nights at this property over 2 visits. It is clean and a good value. The breakfast is decent. You need a car if you want to eat a meal nearby. It is not walkable. Some staff pretty nice. One or two are not hospitality savvy. Overall a pretty good experience but you need a car or you will spend a ton on car service.

Clean and as expected. No night time noise policy - so was bit noisy. No electric vehicle charging and they use disposable cutlery and plates, so not environmentally responsible..

The hotel was nice, but was a little pricey. There wasn’t a super convenient gas station. Breakfast and coffee were nice offerings. It was also nice that the pool was open early and late. Overall mostly clean and would stay again for the convenience.

Biggest issue was the entrance is 299 not 301 and not lite up. (As we arrived in the rain and dark.) This looks like a new house group and there is where you have to turn to get into 301. Maybe our gps is out of date. But very beautiful place. Super clean, great breakfast choices. They had hot coffee available when we arrived. Much needed.

Started with the staff at the front desk assuming how many people was going join the pool. Decide to give me 4 wrist band. Mind you there where so many people with out wrist band in the pool. I found so many little aunts by the fridge floor. The breakfast was not even room temperature it was cold. There was a Male staff how was very awful to the kids that was roaming around the building. Not to polite whatsoever.

Our stay was wonderful. The breakfast offerings were really a stand out. Nice, clean room. Perfect stay. Had lovely pool and workout facility that I did not use.

Nice spacious room, comfortable bed and bathroom. The breakfast was varied but the oatmeal had a gunny consistency. More pastry choices would be good. The wifi was not working when I arrived but the issue was fixed quickly. Quiet area, not a lot going on nearby.
