Getting checked in took forever and the hallways were noisy and the pool and hot tub were nasty dirty

This was the perfect stop for our trip from El Paso to Dallas. A great easy stop, right on I20. Room on first floor was good to walk our dogs. Very dog friendly! Excellent breakfast! Clean room, fridge came in handy. Will stay here again!

Room was clean and nice. Bathroom was great as well as clean but the AC system is garbage. Room could never get cool and comfy. Thus, if you like a semi cold room for a good night's sleep you will not get that.

Great room and great breakfast. We booked on short notice due to a storm. They even had a Keurig. My only complaint was the door was not fully closed when we checked in. We had the desk clerk confirm the room was ready. We later found the smoke detector sitting by the coffee pot.

Window would not close all the way and the wind was blowing what sounded like 100 mph. The TV did not work and was extremely hot.

Got in and paid for a room with couch so that we could read and watch TV. TV did not work at all, so we sat on the bed to read and watch TV

Booked this hotel for our out-of-town crew. They showed up to the site and were told they did not have a room available.

Poor front desk service three times. Put me on hold for over 10 min and again, same. Once arrived, we asked about local restaurants & got a shrug.
No body wash, no lotion, no shower cap. Phone charger didn’t work. Bed comfortable. We were given a view of very nearby telephone & electric poles right in front of window. Hotel was not at capacity. Not the experience I have had in the past at La Quinta. Very disappointed.

Everything was great! All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and hospitable, the rooms and spaces were clean and comfortable, the breakfast and coffee/tea options were good for our entire family, and everything in our room worked properly. The interior is all updated and the rooms were more spacious than the typical hotel rooms I’m accustomed to. I would recommend staying here.

Even though is was a dog friendly facility, we've had never had dogs on the 2nd floor and it bothered me. Dog allergies was a problem...

Debbie at the front desk made check in an enjoyable experience! She even came to my room to install a new cable box to get my tv working! All with a smile and great patience. Room was clean and updated with comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here every time I’m in town.

Clean hotel. Only icemaker I could find was on 1st floor; not convenient if you're on an upper floor. TV service speed working and has to be rebooted every day. Breakfast was adequate. Highway noise was a bit bothersome Friendly staff.

Very clean. Bkfst -included pretty good biscuits n Gravy. Nice bed. Little bit of road noise in 4th floor room. Nice pool with waterfall to massage shoulders

My stay was great, quiet, and the room was very clean. The only mild issue was the TV: I couldn’t access the channels. I suspect someone may have disconnected the cable service to use another device, such as a gaming system.

The staff were welcoming and supportive to report some things that did not operate as they should. (TV would periodically lose signal, phone did not work, bathroom door trim was coming off) breakfast was good and was available til later in the morning (past 9a).

Easy access. Unfortunately due to the inclement weather we were without water for approximately 36 hours. Seems as if there should be some refund available as we were unable to shower or adequately use the toilet facilities.

You could not adjust the heater, it did not adjust not matter what temperature you set it at. Also if it was running it whistled like wind through a crack. Very noisy. The beds where hard and sloped to the middle. The TV remote worked to change the channel but would not adjust the volume. The mirror in the bathroom had the corner broken off. And it took over 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Overall it was not a good stay this time.

Room had 2 tvs only 1 worked. Water pressure was horrible. Its winter and the a/c was on on my room. Will stay again. But not happy this trip

I absolutely enjoyed the fact that La Quinta uses Dove Hand Soaps, Shampoos, Conditioners and Body Washes. I was so worried that I had forgotten my personal items, but when I walked into the bathroom, I was greeted with a pleasant surprise to see the Dove items.

It’s a basic road hotel. Sheets and towels were clean, but stained. Carpet was groady with spills and stains near couch that were well hidden by the pattern. Outside in the dog area, there were brier weeds that stuck in my dog’s paws and took an hour to remove. It does not have astroturf like the picture. Noisy by the highway. If you have Wyndham points and can get it for cheap go for it. I won’t be going there again.

The people at the front desk were friendly and the room was very clean. The hotel itself, and the grounds, were nice and manicured. The area was very safe. I highly recommend.

Great last minute stay. Was clean and for the most part well kept. The lock was wiggly and the towels were frayed in some areas but not deal breakers. Would stay again.

The Hotel put a $$ credit card hold. This normally just disappears after the stay. In this case it was pushed to a completed charge. My statement stated no balance due. When I called the manager, I was told it was sent and to call the CC bank. After a week I had to call and generate a fraud claim to get my credit. This is a very poor policy at best. Way outside the norm. I don't recommend this Hotel.
