Everything was amazing. The young man at the front desk was beyond helpful. His customer service skills are outstanding.

Could not get refund on room so had to go. Was fun but no way worth it. Two runs open with race practice along side. Really open. I say not. The whole point is many options. Should have been more flexible so we could reschedule. Still fun and beautiful on my birthday there

Great spot to stay if you are looking for privacy, spacious rooms, and an overall great outdoorsy feeling.

A very relaxing, lovely stay. Our room was warm and inviting. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet for sleeping.

The scenic mountain view was awesome!

This was our first time staying here!!! It was a beautiful room! We cant wait to come back next time!!!

I thought it was over priced for not having anything around for attractions or food

Pros: Kind staff, very responsive and helpful. Clean rooms. Great location, walkable, plenty of parking. Outdoor hot tub was a perk.
Cons: Fireplace did not have a switch to turn it on. Maintenance came and showed us that we had to take the front of the fireplace off and turn it on in the same place you turn the pilot light on. It was weird, and then it was very hot to take the cover off when we wanted to turn the fireplace off. The pull out bed was super uncomfortable and noisy. I didn’t get much sleep and I woke up the others in my room whenever I would move.
Not sure we would choose to stay here again.

We were there for the hiking and exploring. We loved the view, the facilities, and the property. It’s a great location for when you want to go out and explore other towns - it was in the middle of everything we had planned on doing.

Very nice place ❤️

The location is great. The floors, rugs and furniture could use updating but it was comfortable and the kitchen was appropriately stocked. You go there for the scenery. Views of hills , forests and Lake Superior.

For the price that we paid it was definitely a rip off. Only one place to eat had to make reservations had to wait for an hour for our food and it wasn't even that good but yet so expensive

We chose a room with fireplace and balcony. It was a lovely room and very comfortable. It also had a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and coffee pot. Only minuses were no restaurant on the premises and no daily room service. However, there was a nice restaurant at the next hotel over and a call to the front desk was all that was needed to get towels replaced, etc.

We’ll used, could use updating

Great views of the Sawtooth mountains!

The property and staff were excellent. The golf course and scenery were amazing. Although our experience in the dining room Moguls was very good they were out of some breakfast and dinner options which was a bit disappointing. I would definitely stay here again

Loved the location, room and view, very relaxing. Our only complaint is that we asked twice for new towels and garbage pick-up, and received no service. We ended up washing our towels ourselves to get clean towels during our week's stay.

Fall colors had started in their area.

I have stayed here two different times before this trip and I can’t be more unhappy with my experience this time. The comforter on the bed had several stains on it. When we complained about it, the employee that came to our room acted like he was being bothered because we wanted a different comforter. When we requested more towels we were told we could have have two per day. We like to shower in the morning and after being out for the whole day we would like to shower again with CLEAN towels. The second day I had to go to the registration desk and ask for more towels. Had to wait for almost an hour before someone showed up with towels for us. Next trip I’m going to stay at another resort. Terrible experience

Liked the spaciousness. One Bedroom Standard Condo was quite large with wonderful fall color views off the rear deck/patio. Easy to check in and check out.
Will stay there again!

There was not a warning during the booking process or upon check in of the hidden entrance without sinage to our unit. We finally figured it out with the help of a workman. Landscaping was in process which resulted in having to take a treacharous muddy path to reach our only entrance. We are seniors and deserved a warning before we booked such an expensive nights stay

More. Comfortable pillows

A great view for the fall colors

The units with "extra beds" and pullouts are 1/10 for both comfort and quality. The pullout beds are thin horrendously bad mattresses with bars in your back and bent into the middle. Highly advise not staying in these units.

There was no signs outside for where to find the room 214 in building A. Remember that outsiders do not know where your rooms are located.

Everything is great minus a few weird design elements

The smell of sewage was overwhelming. Smelled as soon as we got out of the car.
The master room had no AC the thermostat was not working, was very hot in there.
The balcony's was super small, and the smell was much worse on the balcony. Will never be going back.

We got there and they give us key cards and check my ID but never ask for my card for the form of payment. Then in the middle of the week there call me front the desk and ask me for the card again. I stopped in to do that they ran my card for the full amount for the hold. Then the day I check out did not charged us. Once I got home called me from unknown number asking for my card again. It was disappointing for guest service. I ask for housekeeping to come clean but no one did. So we had to call for new towels and they probably clean the day we actually left.

There was no resort vive. The restaurant and bar with balcony and music had burned down. Total disappointment

The staff greeted us promptly at check in. The unit was clean and comfortable. There were, however, two problems. The first was an abundance of flies inside the unit. They were there when we arrived, and seemed to come out of nowhere. No matter how many we killed, there were more. None of the doors nor windows were open. The second issue was a backing up backhoe at 7:50 a.m. outside the unit. It was very noisy.

Loved our view of the mountain from the small deck, nice having a pool and hot tub nearby. Staff kind and welcoming. A little skimpy on the coffee and towels, but that was quickly remedied.

The room had a lot of bugs flying around inside and the ac unit made a noise several times for 5 or so min. that woke us up at night. The area outside was really nice and we enjoyed walking outside, unfortunately the inside wasn't up to par.

We had a good experience staying at Eagle Ridge! The location was convenient for us. It was nice to be across the road from the Alpine Slide. We enjoyed seeing Lake Superior and the beautiful surrounding MN mountain bumps from our deck. It almost felt like we were in the mountains without the altitude issues...loved that. It was great to have a kitchen to prepare meals for our family. The one room condo was a good size for the five of us. The 3 kids were able to spread out on the Murphy Bed and pull out sofa couch. We liked being so close to Grand Marais, Tofte, Lutsen and so many wonderful rivers, trails and state parks. The outdoor pool and hot tub was warm and wonderful. The only thing that needed fixing in our condo was a hole by one of the windows where water leaked in during a rain storm. The staff said that they would fix it after we left. There were also some black beetles in our room and we were told those would be taken care of as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
