Pool was not heated which was not told to us at check in. Even though we had a do not disturb sign on door male housekeeper insisted on bothering us and when I told him we don’t need anything to please leave he still insisted holding the door open with his foot and asked for trash. Really not happy about that.

Seems to have been recently renovated so the rooms were fresh. Cleanliness was outstanding. Breakfast was OK, which in these sorts of motels is not always the case. The renovation is not likely to last as it seems to be done pretty cheaply with tale-tale signs of peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Obviously you should never put wallpaper in a bathroom. Not sure it will hold up well for years to come but for the time being a good choice for the area.

Fine stay, breakfast was lacking

I had 5 people on my reservation and only 4 towels were in the bathroom. I called the front desk to get one more towel and was told he didn't have any more clean ones and needed to wash them. I waited 3 hours and never received another towel. Tried asking again and was told there weren't any extra towels. Told him it's not extra when 5 people are on the reservation and we only have 3. I also tried calling for a blanket for the pull-out sofa bed, and ended up going down to the lobby to get one because he would no longer answer the phone. The room was clean but needs updating.

I would certainly stay here again. It was clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. Not alot of choices in this area and I highly recommend this stay.

The pool was closed. I am tired of booking hotels with pools only to find out they are closed. It is false advertising or bait and switch but i am sick of it.

I stayed during Thanksgiving holiday to visit family. Hotel is near restaurant and the highway exit. The staff was accommodating especially when I requested to switch my room. The building was safe and I enjoyed their complementary breakfast. I would recommend.

We were given a king-size bed in a room infested with bugs. We requested double beds, no bugs. We were given another room after I showed the desk clerk our reservation and she told me about the bugs.

The night desk clerk was very nice. The hotel seems to be a place that a lot of working men stay (the parking lot was full of pick-up trucks).

Very nice hotel. It was clean, the staff was nice and very helpful with anything we needed. The hotel is close to several fast food restaurants and only 15 minutes from Four Seasons Mall and 20 minutes from Greensboro Coliseum. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was extremely clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate - nothing special but decent. Housekeeping staff was helpful. Front desk staff was standoffish and not friendly during check in. He interrupted our check in to assist another guest. No excuse me, thank you for your business, enjoy your stay, etc.

Our room was never made up after our first night despite requesting it at the desk when it hadn't been done by the afternoon. Also, the indoor pool was too cold and murky to swim.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, convenient for travelers going by highway passing through or fir locals that need a nice place to stay for the night. Will definitely stay there again if the need arises.

Overall not a bad hotel, but many minor annoyances. Starting at the front desk, an annoying beep goes of every 10 seconds (I was told it goes 24 hours). The room was nice but the bathroom was showing a lot of wear, tile missing on the floor, shade missing on the ceiling light, paint missing on door jamb, poor repair attempt on a hole in the door. The bedroom area had an extension cord/block that had too many cords plugged in and had a bright green pilot light that had to be unplugged to sleep. After that we were able to achieve adequate sleep. The staff were friendly enough.
