Hotel was nice & clean. Very basic & minimal, but had everything you need. Check in was not pleasant, had to wait several minutes as no one was at the front desk.

Front desk was not staffed. Waited too long to check In. First room given was not cleaned. Housekeeping very loud in the a.m. by 8oclock. Walls thin. Could hear their complaining and loudness very clearly. Vending machines mostly empty. Shower floor needs bleached.

Great stay. The only problem was the hotel is very difficult to find. The GPS address that the hotel provided took us to the back parking lot of a Lowes. When I called and finally got someone, they were able to guide me to the hotel parking lot. But it is non-visible and no road signs to point the way. Hotel was clean. Check In was efficient and easy. Rooms were spacious. Would stay here again.

There were two bus loads of kids that came in. These kids were running up the hall screaming and yelling we couldn't sleep. We called the front desk twice they would not do anything we had to leave the hotel and go sleep somewhere else

The price on this hotel was good. Although the room was small it was extremely clean. The breakfast bar was an unexpected surprise and adequate for both my husband and me. Price, safety, cleanliness are key points for us when traveling and this fit the bill!.

Power went off around 1-2Am. There was no back up generator’s on the property. Wherefore the room was very hot, stuffy and dark. We then had to walk down 6 flights of stairs in the dark to get to the first floor. The stay was very uncomfortable, has to be our worst stay. Called the property and there not accommodating anything for our inconvenience. 11/18-11/19/23 Room 312

The staff is super friendly. My room was neat and besides the clogged faucet(which i forgot to tell the attendant about) I have no other issues to report. There is a lowes next door and a few places to eat in walking distance

I am NOT a 2-star hotel girl (or even a 3-star girl), but this hotel is new and clean and entirely adequate. Decor isn’t great but room was fine. Breakfast is included and staff put out snacks and treats at check-in, too. Cons: no closet (only pegs for hanging things), no ice bucket. Drink machines were cash only. Gym has only 3 cardio machines (no weights or other equipment). Pros: New and very clean. Staff was nice. Stayed here during a busy game weekend. Gets the job done fine. Close enough to shops and food in Opelika and a short drive to campus. Very close to The Botanic market and restaurant which is absolutely charming!

The room was nice and appeared to be very clean. There was hardly anybody at the front desk so you had to stand in a wait until you could find someone to assist you. Beyond that it was nice enough for the price.
