What a wonderful staff of folks who welcome each guest and make their stay a wonderful experience. Each does their best to go out of their way to see how they can help, ask if folks need direction or suggestions on making their stay comfortable and supportive. It takes a team effort, and they make a great team. Kudos to all. And thank you!

The toilet was leaking in the bathroom.

I had ants in the room and bathroom.

Had to go to front desk multiple times to get a key that worked. Mattress was awful. Lumpy and very uncomfortable. Somehow got a handicap room. Fine except for having to get on my knees to use the bathroom mirror. Larger mirror could work for handicap and non handicapped guests.

Had handicapped room and did not request or need. TV remote needed battery! Breakfast good. Staff nice!

Nice place always stay here when going out.

There was one girl that was amazing. I had just had surgery on my back and I was wanting a waffle and could tell I was in need of assistance. She made my waffle, got me some syrup. I asked if I got some milk. She was amazing!!!!!

I enjoyed my stay. Staff is very nice. Beds are comfortable too.

I The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The duvet had a stain on it, a picture in the restroom has the frame delaminating and there was black mold visible under the silicone caulk around the bathtub.

The staff members were very nice and the room was clean. But there was an event directly below our room that vibrated the bed, floors, and walls making it impossible to rest. We were not given any warning of a possible disruption that could be caused by the event on site during check in. The event and noise however did end exactly when the front desk attendant indicated it would.

Beds very comfortable, building clean. Floors in hallway sag and mold in bathroom

Property was not in good condition.

Not terrible if you need a bed for the night, but they REALLY need to do some upgrades and upkeep. A lot of damaged property and some unsavory stains on the desks, sheets and curtains/blinds. Parts of the shower we're falling apart. The staff was kind and very helpful though.

Room was dirty and halls looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a long while. Sheets had dirt and leaves on them.

The front desk lady was really nice

I booked this stay like I have booked trips over the last 23 years and I have never had an issue like I had with this stay. We ran into some issues and didn’t get checked in until late although I have had similar situations. I’ve never had my room given away. The guy at the front desk said he tried to call me. I never received any call from any number and ready to check in my room given to someone else, I was then given a different room that would have been a cheaper room and the room room smelled of dog poop. I talked to a lady who said she was going to get me another room and later she called back and said that the room was flooded so they couldn’t give me that room , we tough it out because we had to be there but mind you I have been booking and staying at hotels frequently for the last 23 years due to job and other things and never had the problems I had at this hotel… oh, and yes, I have stayed here previously and still never encountered a situation like this.

It was plenty room but not good food at all.

I visited Waxahachie, TX, for my teammate's conference, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was immediately welcomed with a warm welcome. The front desk agent mentioned that my hotel reservation was canceled and that I needed to get in contact with Expedia so that they could make a new reservation and virtual card. Expedia went back and forth with me for a while, and eventually, they went with the resolution the Front Desk Agent mentioned the first time. If it weren’t for God and the Front Desk agent, I would have been stranded!! Thank you so much for helping me and being so kind. I will never forget you. The best hotel I've been to in forever! Everyone needs to stay at Comfort Inn Waxahachie!!

Staff was particularly good

The property was decent and the staff was super friendly. The carpet serned damp sticky the whole time but other thrn that it was budget friendly and a decent place to stay,.

Room was clean. Beds were fluffy and well made. Bedding was clean, smelled fresh out of the laundry. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was lovely. Service was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Your hotel just isn’t worth the rate you charge. The bed was comfortable, but the room was old and worn - chipped paint, missing mirror/picture from the wall, no TP holder, loose toilet seat, actual dried spit (I hope) on the inside window, chipped doorframes, clock was 2 hours off, a/c was blowing little little bits of dirt in the bed, go look for yourself - I was in 417 Jennifer checked me in and she was great. I came back in the evening and your night guy is walking around with his shirt untucked and open. Again, your hotel just isn’t worth the rate you charge and I’m disappointed in your product.

Booked and paid for reservation 3 months earlier, arrived late at night after driving 15 hours and flash flooding just wanting to crash into bed only to be told my reservation was lost! It was the start of a very frustrating stay. Only got breakfast one of the days because it was not very good. The pool was outdoors so couldn’t use it with the bad weather. The exercise room was a complete disappointment. Every piece of equipment was broken or had issues. There were no dumbbells or anything useful. The second night there our neighbor had two large dogs that barked so loud and so often I could not wait to get out of there. Only thing good about this place is proximity to shopping and restaurants. Would not stay here again.

Water flow was very low. Not that clean. No toilet paper holder. Hardly enough shampoo.

The room on the first floor, was very convenient for us (senior citizens). The counter staff and the lady taking care of the breakfast bar were very friendly. The breakfast was so good! We really enjoyed it. Inside the hotel it was nice and quiet; however outside in the wee hours of the morning there were two sets of people talking loudly that disturbed my room mate. Also, the room had a closed up odor. Perhaps some room deodorizer would help. Otherwise, all was well. We would stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very very nice hotel.

overall good stay. excellent staff and service. Two issues: First there was a dog barking all night somewhere on our floor (4th) or below on the 3rd. we were just too tired to complain. Second the elevator is so slow may need to service or to upgrade.

Very accommodating and friendly staff! hotel is being update so the updated rooms were great! older room felt okay overall but they moved us to a newer room. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds; and typical options for breakfast.
