It was so loud, I was unable to sleep. I was on the 2nd floor tucked into a corner hallway. I heard the bell to the office door below me. I heard the ice machine several rooms and a stairway away. I was honestly concerned the people above me were going to break through my ceiling. The air conditioner motor made a loud grinding noise intermittnetly throughout the night even after we shut it off. I heard the traffic from the street with 3 other rooms between us. There was a weird dip in our floor in the middle of the room. The parking lot is tiny and they allowed another guest to park along the wall behind our parking space. We had difficulty backing out to leave. The only reason I gave more than 1 star was because the desk attendant was thorough and polite when we checked it. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel if you are planning to sleep.

An outdated roadside motel on a busy street of strip malls. I don’t understand the positive reviews. An uncomfortable bed, low water pressure, the charging post in the lamp didn’t charge our phones, and there is no elevator. The wood bench in the parking lot that says “let’s get cozy” tells you all you need to know about their idea of cozy.

Affordable stay at an older but well maintained motel that had much more comfortable beds than most in this price range. It’s on the Main Street in eagle rock so if you walk down the street there’s many dining and entertainment options. Not too far from Tesla charging. Easy check in with the night window, and COVID safer due to doors opening to an outdoor hallway not shared central space. Walls are a little thin so I could hear the next guest snoring, but the quality of the bed meant I slept very well. Some of the room features are a bit worn - but key things all worked and were clean and functional. I’d stay here again

air conditioner is not great, when i set it in heater, i took 2 hours to increase from 65 to 72. air conditioner capacity is not good for the room.

Awesome service and great room. Mildly dated but super clean. The area seemed OK but lots of trash in the streets surrounding the area. Walking distance to Starbucks and other cute local restaurants. Would totally stay again

Very conveniently located to get to downtown Pasadena. Room was quite spacious and clean although the bathroom was on the smaller side and dated. Staff were helpful and very friendly! Only concern was we did not care for the heating/cooling device above the bed as it disrupted sleep for the person on that side.

Large clean room with comfortable bed and couch. Some of the handrails need repainting and lack of an elevator required climbing a lot of stairs. Plenty of free parking.

NO ELEVATOR. Horrible parking situation. The room was really nice and so was the staff. HOWEVER, there is no elevator. So if you are on the second or third floor, you and your luggage must traverse the steep steps. It was very difficult to do. We had 2 handicapped people in our party and there were no first floor rooms available. They say it says no elevator on their website, but it isn’t listed where you would easily find it. Also, the parking lot is tiny. There are more rooms than spaces so if it’s full and you lose your spot, you’re out of luck. The parking lot is hard to maneuver in and the spaces are very small (and we don’t have a large car). We would have rated this place higher if it weren’t for the parking and no elevator situations.

The hotel was nice it was near everything. Once we figured out the television that was good too. The only thing was we were on the third floor and no elevator but it was good exercise! 😂

My bestfriend and I went to the Rose Bowl for a soccer game and decided to book a hotel just to be closer. We found Regency Inn because it looked nice especially for its price. The room was very nice too bad we only arrived just to leave in order to make it on time. The bed was super comfortable with all the pillows. Only two cons we had was the only light to stand out was by the bathroom so not very much lighting unless you open the windows and we had some difficulty issues with the AC, other than that probably one of the best rooms I've satyed at.

They need to provide more towels and soap for their hotel guest. The doors need weather proofing since you can see the lights from the outside under the doors and hear other guest in the hallways.

If you are exploring the Los Angeles area, you will definitely need a car to get around, so I liked that this property includes free parking with your reservation. The area is relatively safe, and a short drive/long walk from a walkable community with good restaurants etc. It's about 20 min to Universal Studios. Parking lot was clean and well lit. We were placed on the third floor, and the two flights of stairs were pretty easy going up. The room itself was as clean as possible, but could use a few minor cosmetic touch ups. In our king bed room was a desk, chair, sofa, coffee table, microwave, mini fridge, night stands, Keurig machine, electric kettle, and blow dryer. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, as well as the pillows, and our linens and towels were always changed and clean. The only thing that keeps me from rating this a full five stars is that the walls are pretty thin for my preference. Our first night the guests next door were partying until dawn and I could hear everything. I'm a light sleeper, but my boyfriend hardly heard a thing as he's a heavy sleeper. So just keep that in mind if you're traveling with infants or small children. Overall, our stay went well and we would consider staying here again.

Nice family owned motel. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and lots of pillows. Blackout curtains helped me sleep in. My only complaint is the parking is limited. I would 100% stay again.
