Everything was very clean and well maintained. My daughters and I enjoyed the central location with everything we wanted to do within walking distance of the hotel or we easily got a car to pick us up. They held our luggage after we checked out so we didn't have to cart it around the city. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Went to the Blue Note for a show, convenient location.
Got back to hotel around midnight. Had to buy water bottles. The hotel should supply complimentary water.
Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here recently only was charged $50 for security deposit so that’s what I came prepared to spend and they tried to charge me $200 deposit for each room I had booked and on top of that staff was very rude

It was a girls trip and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly on where to go and how to get there. The hotel beds and pillows very comfortable.

The perfect City experience, the subway, the SOB club, restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. Staff was nice, downstairs eating area was comfortable. I'll definitely go back soon very soon!

Nice hotel in a good location. Close to two subway lines, walkable to West Village. Comfortable beds, helpful staff. Did not use gym or do breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location…across the street from the train station…bottle of water 4.50 a piece…city view was nothing spectacular so don’t pay for this…Good place to stay for a few nights.

This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the air conditioning worked, there was even an air purifier. The worst thing about our stay was the bathroom was out of conditioner, but that wasn’t a big deal at all. If I ever come back to NYC, I will 100% stay here.

I’m am stupefied that this hotel is well rated. It is the most dated hotel I’ve stayed in in nyc. My tiny, fugly room fetches $400-550 on weekdays. For that kind of money I expect a rooftop bar, a garden, room service or an honor bar. SOMETHING nice. This didn’t even come with a free bottle of water and the note pad was a post-it. I am flabbergasted. For that kind of money are there are so many, much, much, nicer hotels to choose from with lovely amenities
