We always stay or have family or friends who come from out of town stay here. We love it and they love it. No complaints from us ! Its a nice area of Greenville so everyone is safe and lots of places to eat near by!! Staff are great amd the hotel has always been clean !!

Comfortable, great breakfast options

The property is basically a construction zone. Sheetrock in the hallwsys, people working on the rooms all night. The hot tub not in service first night Bathroom in pool area out of order. The staff was super nice, but the facility itself was not great .

The attendant was extremely rude. I am a single female, and while the attendant was checking me in, a gentleman arrived to check in. The attendant stopped checking me in midstream and told me I had to wait so he could attend to the gentleman. When did women become second-class citizens?

I was impressed with the cleanliness and the amenities. The gentleman when we checked in was friendly and helpful. If I had written my review right after check in it would have been a five star. But, sleep is important issue in a hotel. People in the room next door had a dog. I love dogs but I’m allergic. Not realizing this is a dog friendly, I didn’t bring my meds. But it gets worse! I was forced to call the front desk because the people in the room next to mine were fighting very loudly. The woman was sobbing and it sounded like furniture was being thrown. The desk clerk asked me more than once if she should call the police. How should I know!! Isn’t there a policy in place for handling this sort of thing? She called the room next door and then called me back. So, the violent man next door now knows that I’m the one who called because phones ringing in rooms late at night are clearly heard. They were quiet for a while afterwards but I was too stressed to sleep at that point. Around 2:00am the fighting got out of hand again so I called back down stairs. Don’t know if I was speaking to the same woman because she sounded very annoyed with me. She claims that she had talked to the couple and they said the dog was making the noise (even if it is the dog the hotel should have done something about it!) Domestic violence never admits to it! I told the desk clerk the woman said “please don’t hit me again” Nothing was done!! It’s worse but I’m out of characters to tell whole story

Bed was very uncomfortable... suggest they get some new ones.

Excellent hotel. I definitely wasn’t disappointed. Nice, clean rooms, great staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay again. I highly recommend.

We stayed in the Double Queen Suite room 125. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was hot and the shower head was high up on the wall so tall people have no problem standing underneath. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the eggs was definitely over cooked. I like the convenience of all the food and shops close by. For the most part the room was very quiet up until people decided to utilize the pool. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls as if they were in the same room as us. Pool hours are from 9am-9pm daily so unfortunately we had to endure extremely loud music and kids screaming non-stop the last night and last morning we were there. Aside from this annoyance of not being able to get a decent nights sleep before we had to drive back 6 hours home, it was a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent, friendly service. Breakfast bar food selection and quality was great - and the dining area was very pleasant and clean. The staff did a great job. The property does allow dogs in the rooms which I do not care for.

The room was not clean and smelled funny. The fridge had a funkie odor as well. The a/c unit had mold on vents. The carpet was stained and not vacuumed. The mattresses were uncomfortable and had dips in them. It was very noisy and did not get very good sleep. The breakfast was not very good. Don’t plan on ever staying at this location again.

Great for commuting to A&M Commerce.

Check in time must wait till 12 pm or pay $25.00 charge, I was 30 minutes early had to wait for room. No big deal justa pain.

I've stayed at this establishment 3 times and every time I've been met with friendly service. Rooms have always been clean and ready.

Beds very firm and can feel springs, I did not sleep at all. Rooms clean, great front desk service, free breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc.

It was convenient for where we needed to go.

Thistle was a last minute decision to get a hotel room. The office staff picked the top floor and the room was perfect.

Easy checkin and clean and quite

Was in town for a family function. Although i booked online, the manager took the time to call me to ensure that my booking accommodated all my special needs.His sctions expressed the epitome of customer service.

I was checked in by a man wearing a shirt and tie. That set the tone for what I expected and received! Great hotel!

We were traveling to a football game in Tyler and were just too tired to drive back home. The whole stay worked out perfect. It was easy to book, help desk gentleman was quick and helpful. Room was clean! Pillow was amazing. Bed was a lil stiff but I had the best night sleep I've had all week. Will stay here again if in the area.

Everything was very good.Friendly staff.Good breakfast and the room was well worth what we paid for it.

My only complaint was that the room was listed as accessible but only had a shower with grab bars.
