It's my third time staying at this hotel. Love staying here, perfect location, right at Shibuya but very quiet. Staff is very helpful.

Good sized room (superior queen deluxe) with washer/dryer, which is a big reason why we booked it. Convenient location as well. However, the bathroom smelled like sewage and got worse the longer we stayed.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and while the location was excellent if you want to party or do some shopping, there were some downsides to my experience. First, upon arriving at the reception for check-in, I was disappointed to learn that my room was located in a different building. After a long day of traveling, having to move my luggage to another building was quite inconvenient. The room itself left much to be desired. It was quite small and did not have a closet for storing my belongings. While it did have a washing machine, which would be useful for longer stays, the bathroom felt dated and in need of an update. Overall, the location of this hotel is its strongest asset. However, the room experience left me disappointed and detracted from my overall enjoyment of the stay. If you're looking for convenience in terms of location, this might be a good choice. But if room comfort and amenities are important to you, you might want to consider other options.

Wonderful stay with an excellent location i Shibuya close to e.g. Shibuya St and Scramble Square and supermarkets, restuarants, and even though it was centrally located it was very quiet in the night. Clean rooms, but small for two large suitcases, but we made it work. Definitely recommendable and we would come back.

The hotel is close to Shibuya Station but if you take JR there, you have to take a very long way before you reach the new south exit (closest to the hotel) of the station. What is the most disappointing is the room. We first chose superior double room which we believed should be better and larger than the standard double room. However, don’t think this is true for this hotel! I have stayed at different Tokyu Stay hotels but this one is really different from the others! The room is much smaller and the washroom has a bad odour. The WC also has some black stain on it! Terrible! We stayed 10 nights so we asked for changing room. Finally we paid JPY$60000 for upgrading to superior twin which is newer, cleaner and a little bigger. The performance of the limited housekeeping service of this hotel is also unsteady. On some days, the housekeeper forgot to refill the box tissue for us. We will not stay in this hotel again!

Nice quiet hotel but close to Shibuya station and restaurants and convenience store nearby. Comes equipped with laundry machine in the apartment for convenience. Rooms are larger than most of the other hotels stayed. Would stay here again.

Very close to shibuya crossing. Close to subway. Lots of food in the area. You are basically by yourself if your room is at the Annex. room is on the smaller side for 2 adults and 2 big luggage. we had to move around furnitures just to have both suitcases open. But the bed was superb! Water pressure was great too. I would stay again.:)

The room is decent in size when compare to most Tokyo hotel in the same grade. Location is really close to shin Manami exit which is a plus. However it takes 10 mins walk to the heart of shibuya

Great hotel but the downsize is our room had limited space for 3 people. It was hard to navigate with 3 luggage’s but we managed.

I had a wonderful time staying here. The location was amazing being only 2 minutes away from the JAL station which leads to the Narita Express. This made transportation so convenient for me upon checkout as my luggage was very heavy. The room was clean, cozy and neat. Staffs were polite and helpful too. Would come back again when I'm in Tokyo next time!

The entire property was clean and updated. Very comfortable beds and the shower was amazing. For the price I would have liked at least a free coffee in the morning but wouldn’t say that I’m complaining about it either. This hotel was great overall.

Perfect spot as it was close to the Shibuya sights but hidden away from the noise. Washing machine was very helpful, but make sure to have google translate on your phone so you can translate the characters via the photo feature. FYI use the “New South Exit” from Shibuya station and it puts you within a 3 min walk from the exit to the hotel. The exit/entrance also puts you directly on platform 3/4. If not then you’ll have to walk around the station to get in (20 min vs. 10).

Overall good hotel and did what it needed to do for us, which was basically just a place to sleep. However it was farther from the Shibuya station than it seems. About 10-15min walk from Shibuya crossing. Additionally, the bathroom smelled moldy or something but I didn't see any actual mold so maybe just mildew but it was an unpleasant smell. The washer/dryer is nice but the dryer is super slow. Staff was great since we accidentally booked a smoking room but they were able to switch it to a non-smoking room. Also cleaners did a good job making the bed, taking out trash, and providing fresh towels every day - this was no charge. They also did a great job storing our luggage after we checked out and it was a very smooth process.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room we got was big for a Tokyo accommodation. The staff also held our bags prior to check in for us and after we checked out since we arrived early and our flight upon leaving was delayed until very late in the afternoon.

Perfect location - in a quiet neighborhood of Shibuya, away from the hustle and bustle but just a few minutes walk from Shibuya station. The hotel is clean and decent. There are the usual amenities (toothbrush, razor, etc.) you can pick up from the lobby. The bonus is having a washing machine in the room - we find this most convenient as we can do our wash before we go out in the morning and by the time we return, everything is washed and dried. We stored our luggage with the hotel while we went on our trip to Kyoto and Mt. Fuji, and we also forwarded a suitcase from Kyoto - all these suitcases were put in our room when we returned for our last leg to Tokyo. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend this hotel.
