Close to Highway 80, walking distance to at least four restaurants, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms

Everything was great, clean, great service, food. Pool water was on the cool side, our bed was kind of firm but all in all it was ok

After a 12 hour day of driving I spent the night at the Fairfield Inn in Kearney NE. Upon my arrival the person at the desk was very accommodating. I don't remember her name but she was friendly and answered all my questions. I asked about a place to go to for dinner where I could sit at a bar and she recommended a restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. It proved to be the place to go to.

Very clean and spacious room. The beds are perfect. The pillows are a little soft but overall it’s very nice

Our stay was wonderful! The cleanliness of the room, lobby and breakfast area was perfect! The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a good night's rest. Breakfast was tasty and had many choices. We would definitely stay here again!

I had booked through hotels.com. Did not get the room that I booked online. And when I mentioned it. They said they didn’t have any of those rooms left. But did say they would get me some of my money back. But it did not happen. Was not happy.

Got stranded by Southwest over holidays and have to drive from Iowa to Colorado and we’re lucky to find this Fairfield Inn. Lovely facility, well kept, efficient staff. Highly recommend!

This hotel is great! Perfect location for a wedding we attended. Upgraded to a beautiful suite! Loved it!

Staff was rude and told me it would have been an easier check in if I had made the reservations with the hotel directly rather than through a 3rd party. Also, I reserved 3 rooms and it was requested that I enter the names of the people in the rooms but then they put the reservation in the 3 names rather than all three in my name since I was paying for all 3 of them so I was told repeatedly that I only had 1 room.

I like the consistency of staying in Fairfields anywhere. Very clean , quiet and comfortable.

I will be back again. I LOVED that the staff were still being diligent about COVID! Still wearing masks AND wiping down shared serving utensils and surfaces about every 10-15 min at the breakfast!!

On the negative side - I was surprised that I had to ask for housekeeping service, and didn't realize this until past the daily cutoff. This made the need for additional towels a hassle and was a bit frustrating. Also, the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything my neighbor was watching on TV.
On the positive side - I did appreciate the ability to access my streaming services on the hotel TV. The staff that I interacted with was good. The hotel overall was clean and the breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast.

Its been awhile since I stayed in a Fairfield & what an improvement vs the old lower valued Fairfield. Very nice & up scaled.
