Comforter on bed was torn and very dusty, ... Good thing we bring our own covers... Won't be staying in Sleep Inn Suites anymore...

When I attempted to check in there was several construction workers checking that might’ve had a language barrier . I came to town to see my son for his graduation so I attempted to check in and they had issues so I told the front desk I’d come back to check in later as my son and his friends decided to be treated by me to some bowling for the night. When I returned later although later hours I was informed that my room was given to someone else. I frequent this establishment quite often and believe I was neglected to serve this construction crew. Long story short on my return to check in I was notified my room that I reserved had been given to someone else and I had to stay the night in my vehicle over night.

Continental breakfast was pretty good. Overall the hotel needs a little upgrade and better cleaning. Beds were clean. Bathroom needs a little extra attention

A change in my family situation required I leave earlier than anticipated. I had booked through a third party and paid for three nights when I checked in. Despite the the third party agreeing to waive their fee for the third night and my giving them 24 hours notice, they refused to allow even a discount on the fee for the third night. I was out of the room before checkout time on the second day. I will not stay here again even though I am in Lubbock often. I will also make reservations for each day separately now.

Towels where nasty, holes in the chair, bed uncomfortable. You can hear everything from surrounding rooms.

This is a nice motel but just not super clean. Our hallway was littered with trash and was never vacuumed the days we were there. Elevator floors were not clean. Our room was mostly clean, but there was a dirty spot on the duvet cover and one of the pillows, and shower glass was not clean. I feel like maybe they are understaffed or in a hurry in the housekeeping area.

I know this sounds ridiculous, but the walls were dirty. There was crap all over them. The bedsheets had stains on them and there was red gunk in the shower that was not rust. I contacted Hotels.com. They tried to help me get out of the room for the second night, but the hotel would not let us out with a refund. We had to wait several hours to get a new room after we totally checked out of the first room. It was a little bit better, but still not very clean. I chose this hotel because the ratings seemed good so I had to leave a rating so people could see it. I was very thankful for Hotels.com because I know the lady really tried to help us.

The bed was comfortable. That was the highlight. We were greeted with a big yellow stain on the comforter. We we tired and hungry so we just threw it on the floor. The room was old and dirty. It definitely needs a renovation. The towels were paper thin. There was no coffee or cups. All I was given was a couple sweetener packets. I guess I could have drank seeetener water. There was no shampoo. I know I could have gone to the front desk for these items but I shouldn’t have too. Front desk staff didn’t smile at all. They worked but there was no joy there.

Just a short stay in Lubbock as my son and I traveled to San Antonio. Beds were comfy.
TV was only able to get CNN channel and I wasn't able to get volume. Otherwise the stay was adequate.

Absolutely terrible. Unsanitary and unsafe conditions with loitering in parking lot and partying in lobby upon arrival. Unwilling to refund when complaints were expressed. STAY AWAY! To many better options in the area. We ended up eating the cost and going somewhere else….its that bad

The room was. Not clean no towels or wash cloths no one answers phone when I called about problem went by front desk on easy out for dinner told person about problem she apparently did nothing she did offer to move me to annoyed room but I was late for my dinner date. Also the electric outlet by the entry door was hanging out of the wall being held up by the electric wires attached to it

Everything from check in to the room was good with the exception of the television not showing channels, but for the amount of time I was actually in the room I chose not to make a big deal of it. Great stay for a great price.

First the hotel was extremely overpriced for what it was. The reviews online were not true.. from the outside the hotel looked nice but inside was a different story. The hotel was dirty. Hallways had dog poop that was there for all three days we were there . We told the lady and they didn’t clean it. The carpet in the hallways look as if it was never vacuumed. Upon arrival we ask for lower floor because I prefer to use the stairs (don’t like elevators. She put us on the 3 floor. We noticed there were several rooms on the first floor not being used. When we ask again she would not move us.

I stayed by myself for the weekend for school. For the price of the room, I would recommend. The room was clean, I was plesantly surprised. The hotel could use some updating but it wasn't super outdated. I was frustrated that laundry was listed as an aminity and when I get there, there is a sign on the door stating "employees only." This was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, as I would be needing laundry done during my stay. The blow dryer also almost caught fire when I tried to use it.

The staff were extremely helpful. I was by myself with my 2 little children and they took extra care of me and them.

We drove for 9 hours to get there with a paid reservation. Had a flat tire and arrived 12 minutes late. We called multiple times to let them know the situation and instead of checking us in, they put us as a no show and turned us away. We had to end up sleeping in our car because all of the surrounding hotels were full. Poor, poor place to stay. Very unprofessional.

We arrived for a late check in. When we arrived the front desk clerk told me they didn't except my two different card. One of which I used to pre pay for the room. After having to go to two different locations to get a $100 cash deposit we finally got checked into a room with multiple damages in the room and an unclean shower. (See pics). I took my photos to the front desk immediately. She said she would make a note. At check the front desk clerk said she needs to go check the room, no notes left of damage. I showed her the pictures and she went to check the room. I guess no new damage since we did indeed get our deposit back. Booked through hotels.com. bed appeared to be clean and the room didn't smell. So there's that. Could not share pics.... disappointed 😞

Hallways smelled of an odor. Both nights rooms above were disturbing. We’ve stayed here several times but we’ve noticed it’s not being well kept up.

We have been staying here for years and it’s always been nice .. this last time it was just me and my daughter dropping her off at colloge and there was holes in the wall , comforters were ripped and the drawers were filled with some sticky liquid

Staff was nice but I don't know where are the incredible reviews came from. Our room had multiple broken items, stains on the sheets, and a musky odor in the bathroom, and there were pieces of the ceiling peelling in the lobby, and everywhere you looked there were maintenance issues or repairs needed. We will not be stopping here again.

We chose this one because it said there is RV parking and we were pulling our travel trailer. The RV parking is actually parking across unused spaces. What if they were close to half full? There would be no RV parking. Also the hot water was literally a trickle, and that is absolutely not an exageration. My trailer has better water pressure.

The best economy hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My one suggestion (and it’s minor) would be to provide thicker towels, especially since fresh ones are provided every 3 days rather than every day.

I loved everything about sleep in. The staff was so helpful and kind and it was close to the edge of town so I didn't have to go far into town. I have already booked another stay, I will be back!!!

Very nice. Comfortable stay and the breakfast was good as was their coffee. Both people at the front were very friendly and helpful.
