The room temp was good.
The TV was hard to get to turn on. No remote for the tv only the direct tv box.
The floor was dirty. The bathroom dirty. Small bugs.
I was leary about sleeping on the bed but was dead tired.

Smelled horrible. Will never stay in this motel or town again

I booked a non smoking room, but had to take a smoking room because of "bugs" found in the non smoking rooms. mattress was bad, this used to be a good place, I guess the owners syphoned all the money out of it and is leaving the place to decay. A real shame!

I travel with a registered medical service dog for seizures, and clerk tried to charge me an additional fee.
Additionally, free breakfast is listed, but the room where it might have been served in the past is now nothing but storage with boxes strewn about, and clerk informed me it was no longer available.
At bare minimum, listing needs to be corrected, as it is deceptive.

The front desk was rude. Cleaning staff was nice. Carpet turns feet black. Bathroom light didn't work and when I told the front desk he stated I will put it on the list and walked out of the area! TV had a burn spot on the screen, very annoying trying to enjoy TV. AC did work wellin this Southeast Texas heat.

Got to the motel room opened the door didn’t smell good turned the air on to air it out. Pulled sheets back no sheet on bed had to get sheets out then on my self. Had to ask for pillows. Bathtub was dirty overall a bad experience and the front desk people were rude

This place was a total dump. I left before spending the night here. There were burn holes in the sheets, rust in the tub musty smell. Mattress had valleys in it. People working on cars in the parking lot.

The only things i did not like was there were people with chairs outside their room sitting and throwing cigarette butts on the ground and did not pick them up. Makes the Hotel look trashy on the outside.

I have stayed at this very same hotel many times over the last couple of years. They are always very nice and friendly at the service desk, the rooms are always clean, and and the beds are comfortable. I’ve slept on harder mattresses at other hotels that charge more than this place. I’ve never had anything to complain about when it came to this hotel, and I personally love staying here. This is my go-to place to stay and that’s where I’m going to continue to stay.

about. This time, no coffee maker, way too much
cleaning agent used in room, and Nothing for Breakfast,
Where most other Lodging on this trip provided Pre-
Covid Breakfast offerings. Not even coffee in the lobby.

I do not recommend this motel ! It was full of roaches and smelt like smoke even though it stated it was non smoking. Husband has asthma and smoke triggers his allergies really bad! This property allows you to rent by the week which I didn’t know so therefore the majority of the people there were basically living there. The room next door had a table by there door with beer cans everywhere and a grill. Sketchy people walking around! We felt unsafe. Room was just gross: We went to front desk to give cards back and canceled our stay!! We paid $75 a night for this place is totally not worth it! They should be charging about $35 a night! We drove a few miles and found a la Quinta for same price and hotel was amazing! Very very clean! Hotel.com should remove this place from there site!!

Small ill-matched uncomfortable pillows on both beds, chest of drawers was broken, toilet had to be plunged several times to keep from overflowing.
long walk carrying baggage and equipment to room as handicap parking area was poorly located greatly limiting accessible parking.

Good hotel but need some improvement like need a coffee machine, towel looks old and the water got stock inside the tub.

It was clean and quite. Felt safe and secure. It could use a little bit of updating and repairs. Electrical outlets and switchs were old and looked bad. Microwave outlet didn't work. Overall was a good value for the price.

Liked the couch in the room and the place has beautiful fig, pomegranate, lime and orange trees. Only $10 for a doggy to stay.

Nice staff but the rooms need updating. One of the locks was broken on my door and there where holes in the curtains.

I was very pleased with my stay at The Executive Inn & Suites. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. THE BED WAS SO VERY COMFORTABLE!!
I know I will recommend this hotel for my friends and family whenever they visit that area. The clerk was very professional and even told me if we needed anything else to make sure to let him know.
I thank you for such a wonderful experience for our visit.

Upon entering the place I sat at the front desk for 10 minutes until a man in swim trunks came out and gave me my key. Inside my room is smelled horrible. The mini fridge was barely cool at best. The fan/light in the bathroom didn't work, the TV had horrible reception and the biggest thing was my sheets had cigarette burns in them! That's right..holes. And I was supposed to be in a non smoking room. Overall just stay away

The exterior of the hotel was more updated than the rooms. The towels were a dingy white, but the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. The wi-fi signal was week.
