Terribly dirty. Stayed for the masters. It was quiet and in a decent spot. Bathroom and room was gross.

Thank you to Michael. Made me feel welcomed. Unfortunately, my stay was not what I had expected it to be. The walls are either fairly thin or my upstairs neighbors were just extremely loud. Someone was playing with the dog at random times during the night. Woke me up at 02:39 am, 3:00 am. Next day at 1 something a.m. The place was spacious and well designed just a bit outdated.

Can't beat it for the price. Everything looked clean. Hall floor from Bathroom to Kitchen was sticky. Everything else was good and it was a nice quiet stay.

We found the property to be a great place to stay as we went through Augusta. It is pretty basic but reasonably comfortable and the staff we met was wonderful. The only real complaint we had was the limited dinnerware and cookware. For example, no spatula for making eggs, only one ceramic coffee cup, no sharp knives, etc. this was important as we are on the road with restrictive food allergies. Being forewarned we’d plan accordingly. It was a bit noisy on the first floor (lots of thumping above) so I would request second floor next time. We would book again going through Augusta. We felt the property was an excellent value for the money.

Convenient location, good price, good security. Only one remote for two TV's, no instructions for free Wi-Fi, water pressure was really bad.

This used to be my favorite home away from home but not now. I didn’t have to worry about dogs or kids but now I do. Do my last visit. It’s was filled with dogs barking loud kids and loud noise. Last stay.

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean except for the kitchenette area. It did need some attention and deep cleaning. But we didn't have to use it. And unfortunately,the beds were terrible to us. Too hard for me. But it did serve its purpose.

The manager and staff were great. The hotel is well upkept outside. Inside is ok, but did find a couple pests that the manager said they were taking care of. It's a good value for a quick stay in a nice looking hotel.

Only thing I didn't like was not an extra set of bed sheets in case someone wanted to use the sofa bed. Other than that, AMAZING! Check in was easy and the gentleman was very nice. Check out was a breeze. Amazing facilities, would definitely stay there again.

This is an interesting property. If you are looking for Picassos on the walls and endless amenities, it isn't for you. But if you want the basics, and a VERY large suite -- truly apartment sized = then it is hard to beat. The bed was very comfortable. The temperature controls worked, there was plenty of hot water in the shower, the sofa was reasonably comfy and both TVs worked. Kitchen with full-sized fridge, sink, microwave, and stove. The location is quite acceptable, with lots of businesses nearby, but you are not walking anywhere safely. A car or uber is mandatory. And then there is Ronald, the resident manager, who stands ready to do anything and everything he can to help you. When we left it was like leaving an old, dear friend. I would come back here in an instant.

Stayed at this hotel overnight a few weeks ago to attend a family event with my niece. Let me first start with the Amazing Hospitality. I contacted the hotel the day of my overnight reservation to inform them that I was delayed and would not arrive by check in. The hotel Manager, Ronald, kept the front desk open until I arrived. He then followed up with me immediately after check in to ensure that I was satisfied with my room. The room was extremely clean, contained new furniture and flooring. I travel often and research hotel reviews prior to reserving. The reviews for this hotel were outstanding and I was curious to see if this was a faux. Well it’s not! This hotel is definitely underrated and under priced. Will definitely stay longer the next time in Augusta. Definitely recommend this hotel. Ronald customer service was personable and impressive.

manager was very helpful and nice..property looked nice from outside but rooms were not. Rock hard bed, bugs(strong smell like it has been sprayed when we walked in), old TVs, rusty appliances, no utensils. Probably what i would have expected for a $50/ night hotel but we paid high$$$ for 3 nights in n masters weekend.

Poor quality beds, a kitchen unit with only a few dishes / cutlery that was in poor condition. Poor coffee maker and not overly clean unit. Would not recommend this place or stay again.

Service was excellent and the room was huge! Not the fanciest but I doubt you will find a better value for the room in Augusta. Also, and I say this with confidence, you WILL NOT find a better service rep than Ronald. That guy is for real committed to delivering excellence. Book with confidence

We booked the stay without knowing anything about Augusta as we were invited to attend the Master’s. The property manager, Ronald, was very accommodating and made us feel really welcome. The suite was perfect for what we needed. We would definitely book again!

The property was clean, well maintained, and felt safe. The staff was friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, I arrived after 7 and the office was closed, but it wasn't a long wait for someone to come to check us in. Also, the suite had a stale (smoke?) smell. Overall excellent quality/experience for the rate. I have recommended it to others already.

This is one hidden jewl, I was not expecting what a pleasant surprise the facility was clean, quite friendly atmosphere spacious suite. Next trip to the Master thats where Im staying,thank you for the great service.
