Great hotel! Friendly staff and big nice room! My only problem was the windows. There was zero noise isolation. I heard all cars, roosters like they were in my room.

Super nice front desk staff. Pillows and bed were great. Towels were soft. Convenient to the airport and surprisingly you couldn’t hear the airport.

It is comparable to other Courtyards I stayed at in the mainland. I would have appreciated it more if the staff monitored the guests' children's conduct at the pool.

When we come to Maui, we like to stay at the Courtyard the first night to do things in the area. It is a convenient, beautiful hotel. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is efficient and helpful. We are accomplishing what we planned, and picking up our daughter and son-in-law before we head to our condo. I highly recommend the Courtyard.

Terrible experience at an incredible overpriced hotel. Bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper upon check-in. Roosters crowing at 3am every morning and children running down the halls. Overpriced, mediocre food in the lobby. Charged for an extra night (on Christmas) for $700 / night despite 5 days of notice of the request to cancel the final night of the trip.

Staff are friendly and responsive to concerns. Generally neat and clean. Convenient to have ATM in lobby. Liked football Thursday. Food in Bistro was lovely. Would love an addition of an actual restaurant, but wouldn't stsy away from this hotel for not having that as I loved the offerings I tasted at the Bistro...bith breakfast and dinners.

Biggest issue is the restaurant in the hotel is not a restaurant but rather a snack and very limited breakfast lunch and nothing for dinner. Luck there were other places to easy using food trailers. Everything else was fine to great.

Our stay was great. The hotel is convenient to 2 different food truck lots (both with a good variety of food) and right across the street from Costco. We enjoyed staying on this part of this island because it was close to the beach we were learning to wing foil. Would definitely stay here again. The staff are all extremely helpful.

Wonderful experience. Guest relations were amazing throughout stay. Beds and pillows were comfortable for this picky person. Walk in shower was clean and had hand bar and foot rest in perfect places which I didn’t t even realize I needed until I utilized them. Water pressure was great. I loved the convenience of having a restaurant downstairs as well as washer/ dryers and a gym. The A/C in the room cooled extremely well and room was spacious. The pool out couch wasn’t comfortable but the extra seating options were appreciated. All of the food trucks next door also made dining options very convenient. Located across the road from Costco and very close to airport but never heard planes take off or any traffic issuers. Property is clean and inviting.

Family vacation to Maui. This was ideal for one-night stay before going to the condo on the island. Jen was so helpful and friendly for check-in. He switched us to 2 queen bed rooms that accommodated our family so much better. Nothing negative here and I loved waking up to the roosters crowing 🐓

First, I had to jump through hoops to get my free shuttle to the hotel from the airport. My greeting was pleasant. I did not get the room that I booked and paid for. All they said is that it was unavailable. So they downgraded my king suite to a double bed. The bistro was overpriced and they definitely didn’t know how to cook. Definitely not worth the price I paid!!!

I really loved the staff at Maui Courtyard. They let me check in earlier than expected and was super kind. However, the room itself was fine until I saw a large clump of hair (while showering) that was stuck under the leg of a shower chair for the disabled (it was an access room). The cost per night at this airport was high so I was disappointed that the bathroom/shower was not cleaned properly…straight out of the a horror film :/
