The view was beautiful. Place was very quiet and relaxing. Would of liked if the pool was open later to enjoy the evening in the hot tub when it wasn’t so hot.

Excellent stay, would definitely like to go back again with my family. Kids enjoyed the private beach and the pool. Very nice view, spacious balcony. The condo is very clean and is well kept. Easy check in and out. Highly recommended !

Incredible views in a spacious & well-appointed 2 bedroom 2bath condo. Communication by Resort properties was outstanding from outreach after we booked to remote checkin email instructions to checkout email. The pool was warm & wonderful overlooking a small beach with ample lounge chairs. There was a nice wind fabric on the fence surrounding the pool to cut down on the breeze. Ample parking spaces on open lot. This is conveniently located near Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach & the Marriott Sanibel Harbor Resort. Amenities such as fitness center & spa can be purchased from Marriott. Very comfortable condo with large screened balcony to enjoy sunsets.

Three female friends escaped to Punta Rassa. Upon opening the door to the condo, everyone was amazed at how spacious it was and how beautifully furnished. This was so much better than a hotel room! We had an amazing view of the harbor and heard the sound of the water lapping the shore. The screened in balcony was lovely with a large table, four chairs, and a chaise lounge. We could swim in the harbor or the pool both of which were right beneath our condo. The Resort was in touch with us right after I made our reservation and before our arrival, telling us how to enter the condo after hours. Everything was perfect!

From the moment we opened the front door we were impressed. We experienced a great view of the beach as promised. The condo was spotless and stocked with all of the necessities. We highly recommend this property with two thumbs up!

The property was in a great location, tucked away from all the hustle and bustle, but right next to the Sanibel bridge for easy access to the island. My boys loved the pool and we were right on the beach, which was great. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach, so we didnt swim there, but it was nice to have the ocean right there! Overall the condo was very clean. A little dated and the water pressure wasnt great, but those are just minor details that didnt matter a ton to us for our stay. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful!!!!

The views, beach access, pools, and nature walk area are big plusses. Accessibility to/from one of the main roads in the area also helps when traveling off-property.

We stayed for a quick extended weekend trip without the kids. This place is a great location, super clean and well decorated. We found the condo to be very comfortable for our stay. The private beachfront is nice for relaxing sunsets, as is the private balcony. It's an 8/10 for us. We will come back again!

We would stay here again with our three kids. Clean pool. Private entry condo. Quick elevator. Go to Publics for groceries. Sanibel Island is nice and close. Go to Blind Pass beach for shells & you can fish on the bridge there too. Fishing - we booked with Pontoon Boat Cruise and Michele was awesome! 239-462-8589 they do fishing or other types of outings on the water.

Likes: private beach and pool. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. Great condo view and condition. Overall, 4.8/5Dislikes: few available chairs on the beach. Some rather overpriced restaurants nearby.

The room was very dirty, the sheets looked used, extremely old and dated. Nothing felt clean. The only nice thing was the view, the pool and the private beach. The room was gross. :(

I loved the private beach, beautiful pool and patio where you could sit right above the gulf and listen to waves come in. Lovely view also. We would definitely come back to this resort and hope to next year and stay longer than a week.

This is the kind of property we dreamed about for our vacations. The location is more than perfect, you have all the beach view for you. The interior design is beautifull, the apartment is fully updated and very clean. Self check in and two parking spots. Private beach, heated pools and great restaurants. We will be back.

This is very nice place. Plenty of room and close to everything you need. The private beach is small but secluded. Waters darker cause in a bay but nice relaxing place. Condo is big and like home. We didnt want to leave

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was like home away from home. The location was great for us. It was quiet and peaceful. Loved the pool and hot tub. One morning we could see dolphins from our deck. Awesome

Everything was bad.. the bbq was nasty. The rooms whith no a/c, and the bathrooms clogged. The asistent manager property was soo rude.. He take pictures to my family with a little girls in the pool.

Very clean, convenient, and comfortable. 2 adults and 2 kids on our trip. Easy check in. Good location for what we wanted to do. Rolling carts are very limited so don’t pack anything too heavy without wheels. :).

The room was “standard “ It would have been nice to know that ratings system ahead. But it was perfectly fine. The property was very nice, as well as the pool and beach. Could have used a couple umbrellas on the deck. The same people got the only shade every day. Supplies provided wew adequate except only 1 oz of shampoo???

Perfect location! Nice pool and small private beach. Views were fabulous. Patio was awesome. Dishwasher was very gross and broken. It had mold in it and it was not usable. They did offer to do our dishes but for the price of the unit all major appliances should of been in working order. Having a laundry was amazing. Decor was nice and homey. Hot tub worked day one but was not warm the rest of the week. Overall a fantastic experience.
