We are returning customers, love the attention to detail in the rooms, nice quiet area, can’t recommend 53 On Victoria highly enough. Pub and bottle shop next door which is an added bonus and a short walk to the town centre.

Very well appointed studio room with everything you need and a very comfortable bed!! Kylie was extremely helpful and friendly-check in was a breeze and our room was ready earlier which was super convenient. Have stayed in several local venues over the past 4 years and 53 on Victoria is top of my list 👍👍

I stay here often for business and Kylie is always lovely to deal with. Nothing is ever an issue even when I book at short notice. The units are clean and have a premium boutique feel to them. A great environment to be in while away from home. Thank you Kylie.

Easy to locate, easy parking, spacious inside the room, loved the decor, bed was very comfortable, walking distance to dining, very clean, parking area to our room was a little walking distance from our car, no under cover parking if weather is not sunny. We could hear some road noise. We would stay again & ask for another room further back from road. There are six rooms. We enjoyed our overnight stay. We would always prefer fresh milk to Uht milk.

Thank you, this property was a delight to settle into. Only had one night there and the unit was well appointed with all needs covered. And NO road noise even though it is in close proximity to the main thoroughfare. Delightfully decorated as can be seen from the photos on the website.

We rented the deluxe king studio and found it to be the perfect accommodation.Clearly very well thought out in providing all the necessities and niceties and all with very elegant and stylish decor. Very comfortable and spacious. Not often that I would rave, but this place deserves it!!! Friendly welcome too!!

Great attention to detail, and thoughtfully presented. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom basin tap needs attention, very hard to activate. Kitchen lacked a few minor things, spatula and tongs for example, but adequate for most purposes.

Our room was just the right size for 2 of us and the amenities provided were everything we needed. We were surprised how quiet the room was given how close we were to the main road and we never heard the tradies staying across from us leave for work each morning. We slept very well!!

Looking for a room with a bit of a difference but also had to be good value. Warwick is old city and has lots of older styles of accommodation, some pretty crappy. Got a phone call from the owner even before we left home to say our room was ready, how good is that. We could go straight to our room when we arrived. Room looked as good as the photos and there was so many things in the room to make it feel comfortable.

A great Boutique Hotel in Warwick. The decor is a delight and the comfy bed offers a great nights sleep. Away from the main road so very little traffic. Clean easy parking. Always clean and offers a great retreat from a days travel.
