Surprisingly good for one of the least expensive options in Madrid.

This hotel should be a 5 Star!! The staff were amazing so helpful and polite. Very clean! I definitely highly recommend it!!

Very comfortable stay close to Atocha station but within walking distance of main attractions. Free coffee available and very friendly staff.

Excellent location, friendly and efficient staff.
Rooms in great condition, the breakfast is amazing.
We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a great find. The hotel is minutes away from Atocha train station and about a 20 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. The rooms are small but clean. The staff is amazing. The staff have a way to make you feel welcome and very comfortable. They go above and beyond to help make your stay a pleasurable experience. My husband and I will definitely stay here again and we are referring all our friends to stay here as well.

Rooms are terrible!! Sooo small that you can’t open your luggage. Service people had attitude after I complain

Staff was very friendly and helpful. At breakfast, asked our plan for the day, offering to make suggestions. Mattress was nice and firm, linens spotless. Our only issue was that our scenic window overlooked two very active cafes that celebrated well into the night. A courtyard room would be less scenic but quieter. It really is an easy walk from Atocha train station and several museums and parks.

Location great walk from Atocha, real small room good only for overnight stay.

Room and hotel common areas very clean, wonderful breakfast with homemade baked goods, great location, quiet. Room a bit small. Did not change towels daily, complimentary coffee and tea 24 hours daily.

A fantastic stay right in the centre of the city and a few minutes walk to the station. Lots of cafes and bars around but also very quiet in our room

Great stay! Amazing location to the metro and renje for the long journey to the airport. Staff was nice and easy to understand. Unique touch with the free coffee and soda and welcome cookies. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Madrid.

We booked for the location, and we very pleasantly surprised with this cozy hotel. Lots of common areas with good atmosphere. the room was cozy but functioned better than the floor plan suggests.

Great location, great breakfast and very friendly staff.

The hotel is a great place for young travelers on a budget. It may be cramped for a family or people who want to spread out in the room. The bathroom door is also see-through, so that is something to consider. The lobby is great with refreshments and a fake fireplace. The location is also good to see some of the sites in Madrid.

Love the concept. Modern, clean with convenient freebies that guests can help themselves to. Excellent location.

Clean and best place. Little bit noisy from outside but that’s not a such a big deal.
I recommend it.

The hotel really try to add the personal touch from the moment you checked in. The host take you up to the room and explain some unique features. Unlimited coffee and tea in lobby. Breakfast available at 15 euro or 10 euro if pre-purchase. We were provided the end inside room for the 4 nights so we it was very quiet.

I love this place for being central and near the Prado museum and the retero park. All the major monument's are in the 30-40 mins radius. Also wishing me birthday and eco friendly vibe was commendable. Thank you.

This hotel has an excellent location.
Rooms are very small and therefore a set of chairs could not be placed.

This hotel is amazing! Tons of people of all ages stay here. They have breakfast for an additional fee and they have gluten-free options. As someone with Celiac Disease, I was amazed and super pleased. The rooms are small but cozy with a speaker in the ceiling and they are very clean. The location is ideal.

The staff are very friendly, the hotel has a lot to offer for Travellers on a budget. They have a 24 hr coffee machine and tea available for their customers.

Very small basic room, bed and clothes rack, small desk. But comfortable bed and clean. Great location and friendly staff.

Very conveniently located. Staff is amazing. Facilities are basic but very good, clean and overall everything works well. I would strongly recommend this hotel in Madrid, especially because the price is much better than most alternatives nearby.

So clean and cozy. The accommodations are modern, bright, and brand new. Just booked another night in Madrid because I liked it there so much.

Cute hotel in strategic location. Very nice staff. Rooms are a little small and pricey, breakfast gets crowded at times. Altogether it makes a very good stay.

The breakfast was wonderful--greatchoice for "Americans" and eupopeans. I like that there was a small restaurant-snack place to get a snack or a drink. The staff were very friendly and helpful to the "foreign traveller".

We arrived on a early flight from Canada and we got an early checkin.

Enjoyed my stay here and the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. Would definitely stay with Sleep N again.

I'd it give a 6/10. Positives: staff are very helpful and nice, the hotel has cute decorations and provides free coffee, tea and water which could save you a few bucks. The location is convenient. Negatives: The entire room is very tiny. The bathroom is separated from the room by just a glass door. You can see and hear whatever happening in there. There's no privacy. I'd say it's good for one person to stay a couple of nights.

Small but perfectly formed. Good location and really nice staff. Try to get a room as high up as possible to avoid street noise, and to be nearer to the (rather decent) breakfast buffet.

Very eco-conscious. Friendly, helpful staff and great Illy coffee! Thanks, we’ll be back

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby was great. The hotel was near the station and close to a number of museums. I was on my own and the double room was fine for me - I would say that for two people the room would be rather small.
Also: there could be more hooks, shelves and coat hangers. I enjoyed the breakfast - nice variety of savory and sweet food on offer. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

The staff were amazing from the get go to the end of my stay. I was upgraded to a larger room which was a blessing as it was still quite small. The shower was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was great. There were no tea/coffee making facilities within the room but they were always available at reception along with free beer you could pour from a tap yourself. Besides the beer tap were free pastries. Snacks eg cheese cake were also available at a minimal cost. Restaurants were across the street. Within walking distance to all the sights I wanted to see. If I was to give any negative about the property it would be the lift sometimes took a long time to arrive. Also, there was something I was not aware of when I booked the property and that was the street in front of the hotel is a private street and can not be used by taxis (or buses). My taxi driver let me off at the end of the street and I had to take my luggage from the taxi to the hotel entrance. The distance isn’t far but I must admit I struggled with my four pieces of luggage (as I am away for six months). I was hoping to leave luggage x 2 pieces at a locker in the Atocha Train Station but there have been no lockers there since COVID-19 occurred so I had to bring all luggage with me. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

I stayed in Madrid for three night on this little gem. It is close to the Puerta Atocha train station, Reina Sofia Museum and El Retiro park among others. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was really helpful all the time. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended with a great choice of food items. It is a budget friendly place to stay and would go back.

The hotel is in a very good location and you can just walk to the main museums and the park. It’s also within walking distance to the train station and the airport shuttle bus at the train station. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only surprise was the size of the room, it’s really small. This is not a complaint at the hotel. I just didn’t notice it when I booked the hotel.

The hotel was very clean. In the morning there was always someone cleaning the common area. The hotel is conveniently located. It is close to the Atocha train station, but a little hard to find in the dark upon our arrival as it's tucked away on a little side street near the Reina Sophia. But once you get oriented it's a great location. It's within easy walking distance of major attractions (art museums, churches, Plaza Mayor, etc.) The staff was very accommodating. Our first room had a bathroom sink with an automatic faucet (like you'd find in a public restroom). You put your hand under the faucet and cold water comes out and then shuts off after a few seconds, no temperature control. It is not very comfortable for washing your face. There were also no shelves in the bathroom for putting toiletries. A little shelf under the sink would have been helpful. We asked to switch rooms because of the sink and were given another room. This room was smaller but had a 'regular' faucet and a small shelf and ledge in the bathroom. We left Madrid for a few days and when we returned, we ended up in a very nice room, still small, but had two (!!) sinks with normal faucets. The hotel provided free drinks (coffee, tea, bottled water, juice, sodas, and beer) which was a nice perk as we'd grab a juice in the morning and bottled water on our way out for the day. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Madrid, but I would just be sure to request a room with hot and cold running water.

Looking forward to my next stay at this squeaky clean, attractive and affordable establishment. A
