Check in was fine. Staff some what helpful. Only booked this place due to the pool. We're staying for a bday specificly for the pool. When I checked in I asked if the pool is operational and the staff said not the pool but the sauna and hot tub are. He said the pool was being filled and it's about 40%full. I asked if it will be operational tomorrow he said it will be cold. There is a heater issue. Staff did call the maintenance person to check for me. I said I need to checkout if we can't use the pool, we're here just for that. Staff said I couldn't get a refund for today when I only checked in about an hour prior to this discussion. Got to the room, TV doesn't work, but staff fixed it. No shower curtain. Staff got me one that was dirty, got me another but I had to put it up myself... As if I work here.
Decided to stay because didn't want to pay for another hotel if not getting refunded.
In the room. I could hear everything the room nextdoor did. Conversations, shaving, farts. I could also loudly hear when the people above flushed or took a shower. Sounded like it was someone in my room.

When we arrived the person who helped us at front desk was pleasant. We were surprised that 3 transactions had to be done 1 for the price of room, 1 for a security deposit, and 1 for a pet fee. We were told were told we would be getting our security deposit back. As of 2 days after our stay I have not received an email with a receipt.
We were placed in a room on the main floor at the end of the hall next to the stairs and back door. All night long we heard the door slamming and people running up and down the stairs. We had both our bathroom fan and room fan on to block the noise but it still could be heard through that. We didn't get much sleep at all. The price of the room should of been discounted for a crappy room where you can't get sleep.
The breakfast was nice and all the staff were nice. We told the front desk person what happened with our stay and our bad experience. They told us they would have the manager contact us and so far they have not done so. I won't be staying here again.

Very nice hotel and great service. We stayed 3 nights for an event in the area and we were very pleased with the experience. Would definitely stay again!

Service was excellent especially since there was a lot of sports events going on. My room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was great.

Walls are so thin between rooms! We could hear the alarm going off for an hour in the room adjacent to ours. You can tear every movement that people made. Clean, but low budget.

Breakfast is amazing, we stay here for the last 3 weekends. Just disappointed the pool has been out for the last month we have been staying. However, staff and facility are wonderful.

The room smelled like smoke and wasn’t very clean, the tv didn’t work and the guy at the fast had no idea how to fix it.

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and in 5 degree weather the whole facility was warm. I was so thankful to check in after having a booking at a different hotel the night before. It was refreshing and felt like home.

Had to book a long stay here with my husband and children, super clean, friendly and helpful staff, kids loved the pool and it was nice to not have to worry about breakfast which was always hot and ready everyday. Thanks for making our long stay enjoyable as we transition into moving to a new city.

Hot Tub had foam caused by dirt staff said it's always like that.

No hot water, no cable tv, no hot water, elevator was not working and no power. Will be disputing this charge as a result of this experience.

I wish I could give 10 stars to the staff of the Pacific Comfort Inn. They were amazingly helpful and especially kind. They accommodated my families needs in every way. The lobby is beautiful and well stocked with fresh tea and lemon water. The hot breakfast was also amazing with everything you could want. So glad I happened upon this treasure, especially in time of need.

The hotel looks like it was recently updated. The room was fairly clean minus some random bug crawling in our bathroom floor like looks like an small worm.. rather nasty.

Great time! The pool was great and the lobby had fresh warm cookies! Always supplied with ice water and tea! Had a great stay!! Just fyi will need a card to keep on file. They don’t accept chime at the desk

I love that it's not right next to the shopping area but just a mile down the road where there is light traffic. The rooms are amazing, the staff is wonderful, the breakfast is always delicious, and I love that it's in a quiet neighborhood.

Looks nice, great amenities, breakfast spread and quality was great! Staff was amazing, all very friendly and helpful! But the room had an odor, which we identified was from a previous occupant's food left in the back of the minifridge. Also, the floor looked fine until one of the towels was dropped on it, and the towel came up brown on the bottom. at a later point, we wiped up some water spilled near the sink, and that towel came up brown as well. Everything else seemed quite clean, but it was as if the floor had been mopped with dirty water. The exterior door was finicky, and sometimes refused to open even after the green light flashed. Lot had a fair amount of litter in it. Also, when booking this place on Expedia, it said the place was pet friendly (it was, don't worry!), but there was no option to indicate on the reservation that we did indeed have a pet to bring, so there was some confusion at both check-in and check-out over it. Anyway, the staff was absolutely top notch, and that alone was enough to keep this rating at four-stars. Awesome, every one of them!

The ladies at the front counter helped us out immensely. We where wondering where to go to eat and we asked them and they suggested either the mill steakhouse or joes bbq. We went with the mill. Thank you to the ladies that where working for the amazing suggestion.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! The room was nice, very clean and the bed was comfy. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations! There were so many options to choose from and the kitchen staff was so sweet and kept everything stocked-up and hot!

The staff was friendly. We had a couple of issues that we tried to discuss with the manager, but we were not able to catch the manager around when we tried. If you do make a reservation, you do not want room 218. Our window opened directly onto the roof. Someone has clearly used it as their smoking area, and it was just generally unpleasant. They do have a good, free breakfast.

We had an excellent stay while attending the state fair. We arrived after dark and it was easy to locate right off the highway. Plenty of parking when we arrived and every time we returned. The area was clean and felt safe. Several food options and am/pm within walking distance. Check in was quick and the front desk attendant was super personable. Our room was clean and updated. We didn’t use the sofa pullout so can’t speak on it but the couch was comfortable. Bed was super soft so not the most comfortable for us but that is just personal preference. We did hear a train during the day a few times but if it ran at night we never heard it. Also didn’t hear highway noise even though it’s close. Work out room is small but adequate and open late. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and well kept. We plan to stay here every year. Great hotel.

Everything was awesome except the dang water pressure in the shower. It literally took me 15 min to rinse my hair lol. The only other thing that sucked was you didnt really get a view of anything good unless you walked to the corner to see Mt Rainer.
