Location is very convenient to historic Hot Springs. A cute refurbishment of what is clearly a classic property; no frills but I'm not traveling to sit in a room.
The standard Queen room is as tiny as pictured - clearance between the foot of the bed and the wall is tight. The parking lot is tight and not as well light as I'd prefer.
Room access is provided by sending a lock code via text; the people staying in the next room ran into issues when their code stopped working and they couldn't reach anyone from the property (I never saw a staff member on site).

Room was clean. Complimentary shampoo had been opened and used, but was left on tub like it was new. Check in was easy. Might would consider staying again.

Never will I stay there again

It was overpriced for what you get. It is an old roadside motel, fine, but you can hear the people on both sides of you all night long. As well as their dogs barking. If all you're looking for is a place to sleep, it would be OK, but again it was over $100 and not worth that at all.

It was lovely. Easy check in and out!

The room was extremely clean, but also extremely small. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and we could hear the springs as we moved. We did like the location, it’s very close to bathhouse row.

Such an adorable, quiet place. Very clean, and extremely comfortable beds and pillows, great water pressure, lovely retro-style tiled bathroom (my favorite!) and a great community seating area in the back where we were able to make a fire in the fire pit and roast smores and relax. Will be staying again!

The room was very pretty. I didn't give 5 stars because the toilet was not totally clean. I cleaned it! and the AC made sounds. I hope next time will be better. Thank you.

Awesome! So close to hot springs national park and bathhouse row. Great suggestion sheets in the room. Great parking right outside door.

This place was great! Contactless check in was very convenient. Also, the room was so nice and clean and is very well maintained. Not far from the main strip. We will definitely stay again when we are back!

The TV is absolute stupidity!
Room temperture control was very very very difficult to control

This is a good place but it’s over priced for what you get. It seems like there’s not privacy mainly because there’s a big glass window in front of your bed

Best value inn i have ever stayed in!

An old fashioned Motor Court that has been updated. For check in you have to call to get a key code to your room. There is no front desk. We got a double queen room. The unit was clean, no bugs. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. The sink is a pedestal sink. There is no counter space to set things on. There needs to be a small table between the sink and toilet. The heater uses a remote control that is a little wonky. The television uses a Firestick which might be difficult if you are not familiar. The neighborhood is a little run down but appears safe. Downtown Bathouse Row is within walking distance. We were satisfied with the stay.

The tv was not plugged in with microwave or mini fridge.i figured it out after i called to complain.Yes walls are not sound proof so because we didnt have directions on tv to use made us hear next door.we also had to figure out control for heat because it was cold when we got there late evening.

I was a little worried when we drove up to the motel...kinda "sketchy " appearance. But, the room was really lovely! No motel smell or feel. Very lovely and a super comfortable bed and great towels. We'd love to come back to see how the whole place looks next year.

The rooms here were a bit small, but, the location for the price is good, and the wifi was some of the strongest I’ve had at a hotel or motel.

I had never had to check in online before arrival and don't do that stuff or my email on my phone Luckily, Expedia/hotels.com was able to get what I needed so I could check in. The room was fabulous! Can't believe what you did with an old hotel.

Close to the shopping area

The only downside really to this property is that the room is really small. It has a bed, a nightstand, a mini-fridge with a microwave and coffee pot on it, and a tv on the wall that moves. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows are thin. They supply towels but they are a bit on the small side, so we went to Walmart and got some bigger ones. There is a 24-hour gas station and a donut place, both within walking distance and this place is fairly close to downtown.

Gold-Inn has been renovated. The 50s retro motel style has been preserved, but thoughtful updates have been addedi (mini-split a/c, cool lighting fixtures, more elec outlets, modern bathroom, fluffy big towels, lots of toiletries). Room was very clean, esp bathroom.

The unit itself was clean. Not the safest area. Small rooms and very thin walls.

The area around the motel seems a little sketchy at first but it was actually really quiet and safe. The room looked as in the pictures, get ready for a very small room, but it’s nice and comfy.
Big plus, our pup loved the pet relief area, I’m so glad we were next to this small area, had a few drinks before leaving the pup in for a couple hours while we discovered the National Park.

Great little treasure that’s quaint, clean and fun!

If there was a lock on the inside of the door like a chain or latch I would have felt a lot better. I don't think I have ever stayed in a room somewhere that didn't have a lock for just inside the room.

I can hear a lot of noise coming from my neighbor…you know that…

went down for a wedding was running late and didn’t get to arrive to the hotel until after the wedding and loved how we got to check in just but punching in our door code SO easy! Didn’t have to worry about not catching the front desk person.

Contact-less checkin. I received a code for the door. Room was good and area quiet.

Very clean, great for a 1 night stay. The room is small if you don’t mind that. But very clean and updated! Would stay again.

Great little hidden gem! Handy to downtown. Great value for the money. Very quiet and the bed slept amazing! ❤️

Overall decent. I will say that for the price point I was very disappointed. I have stayed in comprable hotels for over half the price. My room was somewhat clean but I noticed some items, such as the AC unit fins, were very dusty. My room also had a leaky bathtub faucet which was a minor annoyance. Ok place to sleep but otherwise don’t go in expecting a 5 star experience.

We had the best experience! Would recommend, and plan to return.

Cute retro motel. Very clean with updated bathroom. Close to downtown.

Great place to stay in a part of town that is going through revitalization.

Nice little hotel! Was close enough to everything to explore and far enough out to not have the “city” noise. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Rooms on both sides were occupied and we heard no noises. Felt very safe there also.

The room was very clean and cozy. I would definitely stay there again.
