the hotel has a big main entrance on the ground floor and the car can just stop right in front of the hotel. we do not have to lug our luggages to take the lift to another level for check in, unlike some other nearby hotels with tiny unobvious main entrance. the check-in and check-out was very smooth. the staff are friendly and communication is without fuss. we had 2 comfort twin rooms and managed to get adjacent rooms as requested. the room is big, size good for 4. everything is clean, no foul smell, all in working condition. the bathroom is also of comfortable size with warm shower. there is daily housekeeping too. there is also an area on the 2nd floor where we can have our packed meals together comfortably. the outdoor dining area is very comfortable too. the hotel is conveniently located 2mins walk fm euljiro 1(il) ga station exit 5/6. city hall station, cheongyechon stream, myeongdong station and shopping area where food and shopping are abundent, are also just within walking distance away. overall, we love Metro Hotel and will come back to it if we travel to Seoul again.

Lack of shelving unit in the bathroom for women, no place to put makeup bag

Great location right in the Heart of the City and just a short walk to everything including the subway, restaurants, shopping and some of the major sites. Friendly staff that was very willing to help with all the little things. Would definitely stay here again

Nice hotel in a great location. Facilities very nice with a shared balcony. Only negative was the bed was a bit hard. Very clean. Great staff.

Property is located 50m from the Euljiro-1 metro stop. So easy to get to from Incheon Airport. Take express train to Seoul station then short ride on two subways to Euljiro. So conveniently located in Myeongdong shopping district and night food stands. The night food stands have a lot of selection. Little pricey compared to eating in a restaurant but offers a good selection of different food. All the cosmetic stores nearby. room had both heat and Air conditioning. we used the air conditioner due to everybody else using the heater and heating up the room. The lounge upstairs was like an extension of the room with couches and tables to eat. There are even massage chairs to use free of charge. Outstanding value for the price. Will definitely stay there again in Seoul. Is a hidden gem of a hotel. Very clean.
