This was a quick 1 night stay on the way home. Hotel was clean, roomy and people were friendly.

Had great stay but very quick. Room was larger than usual. Microwave in room. And a very nice, large bathroom with great dual showerheads. And clean. I'll definitely go back

Loved everything about our stay. Would absolutely stay her again. Rooms were clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable. Had great tv channel selection. The breakfast was absolutely delicious lots of options. They have a snack bar where you can purchancr chips, cooks, candy, drinks, they have small selection of freezee microwave meals, ice cream, and small selection of personal iteams you can buy. Laudry soaps. Have a nice in door pool, fitness room, picnic area, laundry room. All in all excllect place to stay. Thank you!

Super friendly staff. Easy access to interstate, airport, Pittsburgh and all areas in South hills. Comfy rooms. Nice breakfast buffet. Plenty of local dining options. Stayed 5 nights for Thanksgiving holiday and would definitely stay again.

This is very convenient to the highway and to my brother's home in Bridgeville. I have stayed here in the past and was slightly disappointed with the lack of a hair dryer in the bathroom (which was quickly remedied once I called), and the general cleanliness of the bathroom which had areas of mold build-up near the handicapped add-ons. I'm not allergic, thank goodness, but it's not a good look.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Washroom was nice. Staff was very kind and helpful. Just a little pricey being so far away from downtown area. But all in all was very satisfied.

When did housekeeping become optional for the hotel? We “signed up” to have our room cleaned. It was not. The excuse… only two people in housekeeping. Not really my problem. HIRE MORE!
Called to get fresh towels. They never came. Had to get them myself. On top of this, breakfast selection was terrible.

It was very clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. I would recommend. I would not advise to book off Hotels.com or similar as the rate ended up being about $75 higher than if I would have booked directly through Hampton Inn. You live and learn.

Customer service was exceptional. The young man that checked us in upon arrival was courteous, helpful, friendly, funny and just truly exceptional.
The room was ok. The air conditioning didn’t get very cold. The room walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the halls and surrounding rooms. The hotel smelled like drugs so our room smelled terrible. The rooms was outdated but fairly clean.
We stay at Hampton Inn hotels often for travel and this was by far our least favorite. If it weren’t for the young man at checkin the rating would have been lower.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a family celebration that was held at this hotel. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. They absolutely bent over backwards to accommodate every request and to make our family event as special as it could be. Ron and Heidi were particularly excellent. The hotel was completely sold out the weekend of our stay but everything ran like clockwork. This is obviously an experienced and very professional staff. The hotel was very clean and had every amenity we needed. The rooms were also very spacious. The free continental breakfast was great. The food was hot, fresh, and the area was kept very clean and well stocked by the attendants. There were also several restaurants nearby for lunch/dinner. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Very clean, courteous staff, great location…close to church, restaurants, main highways. Breakfast bar was well attended by staff and included a variety of choices.

One issue was that there was mould in the shower. The cleaning stuff should use bleach to remove it.

.I have stayed several times at this property and have done so due to convenience of location to family. Generally, I am pleased with this hotel, although I thought it was overpriced. The breakfast is one of the strong points of the stay.... Upon checking in I thought the staff was unfriendly and lacked a welcoming attitude toward me as a guest.

I had stayed here with my sister for the Taylor Swift concert and the conditions were absolutely disgusting, especially considering the price. We were upcharged more than $500/night and entered our room to find that it was not clean. The shower had mold and pink bacteria all over it, leftover food in the fridge, and a giant clump of hair just sitting out in the open. The breakfast was barely edible between stale bagels and making your own waffles. The price was insane and I did not enjoy my stay. Would love to be able to attach photos, as I documented proof of everything. The room cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. Incredibly disappointing.

This was super convenient for me. I was MOST impressed by the night front desk clerk, I believe her name was Valerie. She assigned me my room on the 2nd floor when I checked in at about 3:30 PM, and then, without batting an eyelash, found me a room in a much quieter area after a very social and noisy group checked into the room beside my original assignment at 11 PM.
I had waited about 20-30 minutes for the group to quiet down and stop knocking on doors (including mine) before I asked for the change. My problem was solved right away and without any challenge at all. I really appreciate her customer service - it was OUTSTANDING.

Just a quick overnight to break up the trip home. Easy check in/check out, convenient location to highway and the coffee at breakfast was amazing.
