It was simply a small room with a double bed a tv and a bathroom and all I needed for one night's stay. I was a late night arrival and they sent me access

The property is an older style motel but in ressonable condition. The parking is very tight especially for larger cars. The smoke detector activated for no reason and the kettle turned itself on. It may have been a power surge but it was very strange. The motel is located just behind the main street , so shopping is very walkable.

The Club Motel was comfortable and good value. Check in was simple and friendly. Our room was in a corner and could be a 2 bed unit but one door was locked off. The bathroom was adequate. We were half a block away from the Victoria Hotel where we had a drink and a meal. Nothing special.

Great parking option for our car with caravan attached. Very central. Best water pressure ever in the shower. Very loud though with thin walls/roof and road outside.

The room was fine, location excellent. Water temperature nonexistent, it goes from hot to cold in a second and constantly. Didn’t have a shower on the second day, just couldn’t deal with the water pressure,

Great place to stay, easy and seemless check in and out experience, automatic keypad locks are a great way to access the rooms. Well done for a great hotel and location. Would come back here again.

We are return travellers and find the Club motel clean, convenient and comfortable. The staff are warm, caring and welcoming

Great location to shops and restaurants. Clean but very old. Bathroom was tiny. Appeared to be the workmen’s motel, I guess because of the cheaper price. They sat around outside talking and smoking for a long time, which they are entitled to do, but became a bit annoying after a while.

the walls must be paper thin, the person in the room next to us was hacking up a lung and they might as well have been standing in our room - certainly no sound proofing. There was some smoke alarm needing a new battery constantly beeping - not our room but definitely could hear it. Then the clock in the room as so loud we removed the battery. The quality of sleep due to these issues was appalling. Shall never stay here again

Very friendly and very covid aware place just off the main street. Generous sized rooms that were very clean and comfortable, microwave and a cutlery set with wine glasses. The ramp to the shopping centre is right next to the hotel and the rooms are quiet.

I rang when I booked asking for a downstairs room as I’d had my sick grand mother with me they confirmed they would assist me with this.. but still got an upstairs room.. the property Seemed very dated.. the bedroom had a door leaving outside that didn’t seem lockable.
Received a phone call the day before asking what time I would be getting there. I replied 2pm the lady said she would send me a text message before that with how to get into the room as reception is closed due to Covid.. I never received the msg. Had to phone reception and wait for them to prepare the room. But still had to be out by 10am.. not ran well at all and certainly worth the amount you pay.

This property is good value, my room was very clean and the location is great as the Hotel is only 100m from the Main street while the local swimming centre is across the road and the Train Station is only a 10-15 minute walk. I would definitely stay again.

This motel is right in the centre of town so super handy. Room was fairly basic however always nice to have a sofa. Would stay here again for the convenience

Why don't you read and answer my emails and text messages because of restrictions put on this area i couldn't travel because of covid. I have requested a refund from you twice but no reply

Great motel very pleasant staff and helpful very clean room very nice bed decent coffee in the room my only minor issue was there was nothing to stir my coffee so ended up with a hot finger lol but overall a very good experience and have booked to go there again on my next trip to Wagga Wagga
