This is lovely hotel. Love the convenience of having a kitchen. Very comfortable beds. The downside for us is the pet fee. $75 for one night for a hypo allergenic dog is steep to say the least. This info should be included in the booking website details. I emailed the hotel but they did not respond to my inquiry about the pet fee. Likely makes it not an option for future bookings.

The shower was dirty and nasty . The adjourning door was hard to lock to keep people out . It was a one night stay and I was disappointed .

Bathroom was not quite clean. Found hair in the shower and floor. Didn’t like that the mattresses didn’t have mattress covers on them. Also didn’t realize the room were connected.

The staff are knowledgeable, kind, & helpful! I would recommend this hotel for long stays! The place is quiet, clean, and close to food & shopping

The room was very clean. The staff… every single person, was amazing! The breakfast had a great selection..the petter was very very reasonable. The hotel was very quiet( I know they can’t necessarily help that) but it was in a quiet district without road noise. there are so many things to do around the area from the entertainment center right across the street to the escape room that we went to to all sorts of shopping. The next time we come, we will do a movie which was right next to the hotel margaritas was awesome next-door and the next time we will do glow-in-the-dark mini putt, it’s a halfway point to meet family who live in Raleigh

Mold in bathroom, advertised queen beds...not queen, doubles. Water coming from light in shower, lime green gum stuck to table right beside couch. Room was roomy, but definitely not up to par. Talked to 2 different people about the water from the shower, (Mahogany was the only one who seemed to care), left message for GM last week, no return call. There are tons of other options right there. I'd wait to stay here until they do some major updates/repairs.

Room was spacious. However, the window blind was broken (cannot go all the way down), shampoo and body wash were emptied. I didn't bother to tell the front desk because I was exhausted from driving and just wanted to go to bed and call it a night.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly young lady named Jennifer. She gave me my room key, and when I got there, there was a big air dryer on the floor. I came down to let her know, and she looked at me and was real polite and said well, let’s get you in another room, young lady. She was very apologetic. The room we got into was very clean. It smelled good and the bed was as comfy as it could be. It was a little soft for me but that’s nobody’s fault but my body. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you.

The beds were advertised as queen but they were really full size. The bed was awful! For some reason the head of the bed was sucken in so my feet were higher then my head ...very uncomfortable. I'm disabled so I have a unique vantage point. I could see below the run of tile that was above the tub, it was filthy and the reason I didn't stay the second night... Even though I had already paid for it.

The hotel was exactly what we needed. Clean and walking distance to the Florence Center for the concert! The staff welcomed us with a smile and made sure we got our goody bag since we are Hilton Honors members. Room was pretty quiet but we were next to the elevator, so that is to be expected at times.

The restrooms need a little work. The room size was great for what we needed. I left an item in my room upon checking out. That eveing they called and informed me. I had it shipped overnight. The employee, Melinda, was very helpful and tried to calm me down. She succeeded.

The check-in was easy ; nice room, close to anything you needed . The staff was very kind and gracious. I slept like a baby.

The room we were in smelled like wet dogs. It was gross. They should designate rooms for people that bring pets and not put visitors without pets on those rooms. But on the plus side, the staff was very friendly

Great staff - very friendly and professional! The room smelled like a wet dog and didn’t look clean. There were white stains on the curtain separating the sleeping area from the living area.I was charged more than what Orbitz quoted.

Home 2 suites is our first choice now whenever we are away from home. It has been so consistent with quality and cleanliness. Always a good nights sleep!

I would not know, I called to cancel my reservation about 15 minutes after making the online reservation due to a issue that happened at my home and paid trip protection fees, my reservation was not cancelled and I was charged the total of $153.48, not even given a credit for another time, I usually like like and have no problems with this Hotel chain and now rethinking about how I not important as a guest.

My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Florence, SC was nothing short of disappointing. The room I was assigned to was shockingly dirty – from a filthy shower to unwashed dishes left in the rack. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was truly disheartening. The only silver lining was the staff, who were friendly and accommodating. However, it's difficult to overlook the fact that the room's condition greatly overshadowed this positive aspect. On a slightly brighter note, the outdoor pet area was exceptional and well-maintained, which only served as a reminder of how clean and pleasant my own room could have been. It's unfortunate that the overall experience was marred by such a glaring lack of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
