I travelled with 2 children under the age of 5, hotel is surrounded not too close to shops. Drive to Apia is less than 5/8 minutes away. The hotel is very spacious and nice. My only thing I did want was an actually bathroom and not one that was outside, again it is for the experience of being in Samoa so it was a nice feel of it. Breakfast was not incl when booking it was purchased with our own koney. Overall, nice hotel could do a little work and upgrading for the amount you pay. Otherwise, staff were wonderful and helpful.

Really accommodating staff that went beyond to help me when I was left with nowhere to stay after arriving on the island that day with kids and finding out the accommodation we booked at the Sheraton in town was canceled because it was closed for renovations! I was shocked. Anyway my other family were staying at Le M and shared my situation. Luna was so supportive and I am so grateful she managed to find us space for our whole time there. The staff are so friendly and pool was awesome as it was really deep. Entertainment at Fiafia night was a delight and the kids loved the fire dance. Pancakes for breakfast a win and large rooms makes it bliss with kids. Beds were comfortable and nice to have your own small kitchen. Tip is to turn off the air con at night and keep fan on, this made it a nice temp to sleep. I felt safe and secure with our belongings as other family staying elsewhere at the more flasher places have had things go missing. Also easy to get to town. Good to have a shop and laundromat across the street and easy to get a taxi. Car park good and the place is really pretty at night. We were able to have visitors come round and hang out and have a swim with us which was great. One thing I might suggest for improvement is lighting in the rooms are not bright enough. Overall affordable and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Spacious room and facilities with great outdoor bathroom. Well kept property (gardens) and Fiafia night was awesome. Hostess was very welcoming.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were great and spacious! Air con!! Food from restaurant was great/tasty! Cocktails at happy hour were yummy too! Overall a great and easy place to start our vacation.

The location is handy to town and therefore dining options. The air conditioning in the room was really effective and made for a comfortable sleep. Nice little kitchenette in the room and really good quality for the price overall. Main negative for us was that the bottom of the swimming pool was not clean so we did not swim whilst there at all, which was disappointing with a child. Also the room had a strong paint smell but that would of course fade over time as had just been painted.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was amazing. Aircon & fan in the room we're life savers for our trip. Stunning views from the veranda. Highly recommend & would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The restaurant was not available for meals when required you had to leave the premises to buy elsewhere, dog and cat faeces everywhere that can’t be helped, the TV channels are terrible no signals no WIFI - the microwave doesn’t work lucky we booked 2 rooms, no hot water in my mums unit, if you run out of soap and toilet paper you have to buy elsewhere yourself as there were NO STAFF to be found on the premises to ask for help. Parking first in first serve otherwise you’re stuck outside the gate with your rental, no security. The only best thing is the FIAFIA NIGHT but the food was average not as good as expected Samoan Cuisine being a first time coming into the country. So unsatisfactory.

Wonderful and welcoming staff. In good location on the hill just out of Apia. Fantastic Fao Fao night. Close to Robert Louis Stevenson museum which is a must see in Apia.

Location is great. Room was alright, bedding was old, could do with new sheets, blankets, pillows were too hard tv wasnt working, very hard to catch taxi at night, no taxi contact details. Staff were friendly.

Hotel.com needs to stop making non-refundable hotel sites available in this uncertain covid climate. You are capitalising off this situation when we are not clear when countries are going to open their borders. BE LIKE AIR BNB

Rooms were always clean, pool needs a bit of tlc and a fix up, some bricks are movable and tiles inside pool are broken. Overall a very pleasant stay, Definitely will be back here again!

Great staff. Very friendly. Helped me get a rental car when it was very hard to get one because they were all booked out. Fiafia night buffet and entertainment on Thursday was a highlight. Very affordable and well worth it. Would recommend Manumea to anyone.

I liked the outdoor shower; I didn’t enjoy the food served at the resort. Also being charged $100 tala for washing that was not 100% dry and I rewashed atleast half due to leaving an awful not dry smell on my clothes. Was disappointing also advising on a spray for mosquitos in room was eaten alive during the night. Was advised about spray near tv and wasn’t found in room.

Hands down the best , with having everything in the room , like amenities esp microwave was a plus & utensils , Executive room we stayed in was amazing , very private & the outdoor shower was just beautiful , Layout of everything was on point , Bed was so comfortable, Staff members were friendly & always made sure if we needed anything , Customer Service from one of the staffs was AMAZING such a bubbly friendly personality ( she was from America ) I’ve found my new favourite place in Samoa to stay :)

the service. no matter who it is that serves your or who it is that cleans your room or greet you, guarantee you will always have a smile as that's all they have on their faces. a lovely smile to greet you and always willing to help you nomatter what it is. don't get me wrong the rooms does need a bit of an upgrade but it's still 100percent clean. the ones who maintained the rooms always kepts it nice and clean with new flowers and new towels and sheets. dishes all cleaned. sometimes I felt so bad because we were always on the go but the staff maintained everything perfect. thank you Le Manumea for everything. We will surely be back again. Oh the entertainment and fiafia nights are just Amazing. don't miss out.

Great place to stay after we got in on a late flight from Nz. Staff were Helprin organising airport transfer and also car rental the next day which came to us(bonus!). Property was clean and we loved the outdoor bathroom. Would def stay again.

We booked this property for a 16 day work trip for four people, as it was one of the only accommodations available in Samoa during the Pacific Games. But 5 weeks out our work plans changed and the folks at La Maumea Resort refused to provide any kind of refund. We lost over $5000. There was more than enough time for them to rebook those rooms, but sheer greed got in the way. It was a very disappointing first impression of Western Samoa.

Overall our stay was good - didn’t like the blue towels; maybe white towels better or new blue towels as the ones we used were old - actually so too was the linen; ours was stained - for the price we paid tho our stay was good - cheapest cocktails in the country I have to say so that was a pleasant surprise - I would stay again just for cocktails

Very pleasant stay - loved the outdoor bathroom and staff and management. We needed to stay longer on day of checkout due to flight delay and they were very accommodating. Also brekkie was a delight and nothing was too much trouble. Well done!!
