Good service & nice large and clean ocean facing room. What was especially memorable was the hotel manager leaving a birthday card & slice of cake for me in the room!
The breakfast buffet was only so-so. Not many good choice of restaurant around the hotel though.

The staff,the facilities and hotel room were fantastic , gardens neatly kept. Not the resorts fault, but the beach along Nusa Dua has some rubbish in the water and washing up on the beach..Would easily stay at Holiday Inn again ,feel very special and spoilt.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was our honeymoon and they made such a fuss over us, we felt very looked after and special!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn, Nusa Dua for 8 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations.
The guest experience at this hotel is truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized attention throughout our stay, every moment was marked by genuine care and hospitality. ALL the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit exceeded expectations. They were always on hand to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their genuine hospitality made us feel valued guests. Their attentiveness, friendliness and exceptional customer service were remarkable.
We received exceptional service from:
Ryan, Widi at reception and from the Duty manager, Dewa Ayu Satriya.
PASAR MARKET CAFE: Eka, Diwik, Tina, Chaba, Arika, Yinta. Krisna – the incredible Chef, and the pastry chef – for their exceptional Indonesian street food, and Erik - the trainee chef, for the Soto ayam, bakso and incredible new sample dishes. Yunita, the Restaurant Manager.
Erick, Kartika and Juna who cleaned our rooms impeccably and to the highest standard.
The amenities and accommodations were modern and sleek, contributing to a luxurious and comfortable stay.
Overall, our experience at the Holiday Inn, Nusa Dua was nothing short of phenomenal, and we look forward to returning for another memorable stay. Highly recommended to anyone seeking an unforgettable hotel

The staff is beyond friendly. They know you by name and make all your wish come true. I got a special breakfast every morning and they will make sure you’re happy and satisfied. Great kids Club! Especially Indiana was taken good care of our child and she loved her. Great Pool area, beach and very nice restaurants. They have theme nights almost every night so you don’t necessarily need to leave the resort for dinner. Short drive from Bali Collection and they have shuttle bus taking you there. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Well, it wasn’t too expensive. The breakfast was really bad.i can’t remember staying at a hotel with worse breakfast. It’s a 3 star hotel. Don’t expect anything more and you will not be disappointed

Holiday Inn is definetly a good place to stay especially for kids there is kids pool to have fun,loved the hospitality and the staff were very kind and lovely and service was very good.couple of activities to do around.Definetly recommended this place to stay,and food was also good.Thanks to staff for making our stay memorable.

Very disappointed with food inconsistency and variety especially when ordering for dietary requirements. A few meals were very slow in being delivered staff were hugely apologetic but after the 2nd time it was a bit much. Staff advised new menu coming in December

My family (of 3) just had an amazing 8-day stay at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua. Location, facilities, activities, buffet breakfast all amazing. Most of all - the staff ...all the staff are outstanding! Nothing is difficult or hard for them. Every request duly considered and most often, granted. You have not even thought about it but they will give it to you already or will ask you if you need anything. Our room was located on the top floor but on the 2nd day they upgraded us to an ocean view room because they are doing some minor maintenance work on the top floor. Before arrival they contacted us already to ask what the trip is for, any dietary requirements etc. Response - prompt, courteous and kind. Highly recommended especially for families with young kids.

Very Quiet , outside of the hotel , restaurants you have to get taxis to get to . food served was mostly cold by the time it was served and overpriced

Staff were amazing and friendly. Nice pools and kids play area. Breakfast had good selection. Room was spacious and comfortable and everything was clean. Spa was very nice too. Overall very pleased.
The only negatives were that the room overlooked a very tall wall covered in black netting, which made using the balcony very off putting. The kids slide in the pool was worn out in the middle so not very slidy. Food was mostly good but a few disappointing dishes. And the beach was nice but a lot of seaweed and plastic (not their fault and they had staff cleaning) some beaches a short walk away were nicer.
But the negatives didn’t take away from a great holiday, and honestly the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Would go back ☺️

It was a great stay. The place is beautiful. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The bar lounge was cozy. Food was a little long but beverages were fast.
Pool is majestic but a little noisy with kids.
I took the ocean front view and that was SOOOO worth it. it was a beautiful and calm in my room.

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. This hotel is on the quieter side of the island, but there is still so much to do. Morning sunrise from our room, water sports, the pool, and the breakfast were our favorites!

We stay for 5 days and was really happy to be there! Staff very friendly and excellent service! Food is good and fresh every day! Excellent cleaning to rooms and almost everywhere! We got room next to the hotel entry and was a bit noisy but other then that was okay, big and spacious! Pools are nice and clean but little smaller then we expect it! Spa/ massage treatments are really good too! Will stay again there if go back to Nusa Dua!

Holiday Inn is an amazing resort, faniky friendly amd the stuff are the best 👌
The only downside is the food options, very poor choices and limited menu.
We stayed 12 days and we could not wat anythign at the resort except for the breakfast.
The service was amazing
Kids club dont tack kids under 4 years old. And for our 2 years old we had to book a Babysitter per hour. Babysitter must be booked 24 hiurs in advance which is not convenient.

We had a great stay at holiday inn Nusa dua, the staff were friendly, it was clean and felt safe. The breakfast was amazing!! We had dinner included which was good but it did take a long time to get dinner and with kids a hour and a half wait can be difficult, the food was tasty, there were limited options as being out of stock of a few menu items daily.

We booked 2 rooms and 1 wasn't ready until 4 pm and 1 was a disabled room which we didn't book and had to wait until the next day to change.
Breakfast was terrible the staff are hopeless it took 45 minutes to get 2 fried eggs, we ordered Earl Grey tea and they brought hot chocolate. this happened on 3 days out of the 6 days. There seems to be no supervision of staff who are very young and overbearing and no management of the ordering of food.
Ordered hot food at the pool and it arrived cold.
Dining is limited to 1 restaurant and the menu is terrible and the food is not much better. The fish and chips were terrible.
We stay in Bali at least twice a year and thought we would change to this hotel what a mistake it was. Would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

We had wonderful stay. The staff was great and very helpful. We had an issue with our room shower but they helped us to change room. Excellent hotel to say with kids. Thank you!
