It was great they just need to look into turkey or beef products for breakfast

The bed were really comfy and the showers where spacious and clean. I have 4 stars because the room had no microwave in it although it said it had one in the room online.

The hotel was old, furniture was old, room was dated. Hotel needs a makeover.

No front desk when checking in. Waited seven minutes for someone. The room was dusty, floor partially vacuumed, and they have bedbugs. I was bitten several times and now have a swollen hand and arm. Housekeeping repeatedly knocked on the door asking if I was checking out. It wasn’t even check out time. My reservation stated 12 noon. Housekeeping stated 11 am. This hotel is certainly going downhill.

The stay was good. I was able to get the rest I needed. Parking could have been better and there was only one working elevator but overall the hotel was nice.

This location was very nice. Location is great, close to the highway. They have an excellent hot breakfast in the morning which was a great way to start the day before visiting family. Didn't have time to try out the gym or indoor pool, however both looked nice.

I called before making the reservation and few days before traveling to ensure two pack and plays/cribs would be in our room for the babies. I was assured that was no problem. We arrived and were told they didn’t have any. Guy eventually found one and our other baby had to sleep in the bed with us. Room also had a bug crawling on the wall. Wasn’t impressed overall. Other hampton inns have been way better, I was very surprised and disappointed with this one. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Staff was lazy and seemed inconvenienced by doing their job. Both staff members were “busy taking someone to their room” and did show up to the front desk. I was left unattended for about 30mins as I waited to check in. The staff was very inattentive. Wouldn’t even get us a spoon to eat. They said it was for breakfast time only. The elevators were carved up and scratched with graffiti. The bed sheets had some stains on them. I wouldn’t come back here.

Day 1, family checked in before us and asked if they could put us close together. The staff was kind to put us close by. From that point on, everything went downhill.
- Both rooms, only one key would work. We asked for it to be re-keyed countless times and ultimately, it just didn’t happen.
- For our door to open, you have to scan your card, press the handle half-way, jiggle it a certain way, then press down.
- You also have to push the door close, it does not close on its own with the weight.
- The bathroom door creaked so loud it wakes you up if someone went in the middle of the night.
- The strangers next door would party 11pm-3:30 each night. I even called the front desk, and nothing changed.
- after not getting ANY sleep for two nights, I requested for a room change. To be told the people next door are checking out and we can stay. I insisted on moving and was told I could move to a different floor and given a room number.
- late afternoon when I checked in to get the new room, I was told the room is not available, but they can move me two doors down on the same floor. Both keys worked, the door worked and no creaking door. But there was candy wrappers left on the bathroom floor.
- a sign on the bathroom mirror said rooms won’t be serviced unless under certain conditions. However, someone entered and changed three bath towels. (We have four sets of towels hung up.) no other towels were switched out, trash wasn’t taken out, etc. We were confused.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!!
The fitted sheet on my bed and the mattress pad had a LARGE wet spot near the foot of the bed and hair on it as if it were from bodily fluids. The sheets and blankets over the fitted sheet were dry! We contacted the front desk and were told they did not have any other rooms available , but they would bring up new sheets. She brought new sheets and we put towels under the sheets and a new mattress pad over the towels and put the soiled ones in the hall where they remained even after we checked out. We were offered FREE snacks(which we did not take) and told that there would be contact from management of that hotel .....there was not. I tried to contact the hotel after arriving back home and was put on hold for 20 mins and no one picked back up . After that, when I called ...they picked up and immediately placed me on hold without saying a word.
Disgusting ...that is my summary!

Check in was easy. The gentleman at the desk was polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We haven't had the early breakfast yet that will be tomorrow.

The staff there was not welcoming and showed they clearly dont want to be there. The surrounding area was scary to say the least, you dont want to be out by yourself at night. The breakfast food was full of fruit flies and nobody seemed to care. I wont stay there again.

Our stay was ok. It served our purpose for a family reunion, but after an online request and 2 calls to make sure we had feather free adjoining rooms during our late check in, we arrived to 2 rooms with feather pillows across the hall. The staff at check in were very nice, but this created unnecessary havoc in our family with small children for 2 days. Breakfast was ok. Nice cereal selection, fun waffle choices and appreciated the toppings for waffles and oatmeal. Wish they had non dairy milk options. The property is also sandwiched between another hotel and a banquet venue.

I’m getting married so my family is here so we had some room key issues but all is good

1.The refrigerator was not working initially upon arrival. The handyman had to be sent to the room to get it started.
2.The room was ugly and bland.
3. The overflow hole in the face basin was filled with black mold which I am allergic to. It was disgusting. Had to cover the hole to not wretch.
4. There was no microwave in the room and both microwaves in the dining room were not working.
5. The hot water in the carafe was cold. Had to wait 10 mins to get 2 cups of hot water.
6. A 2nd attempt to get hot water on day 3 was unsuccessful. The water was brown. Had to report it to the staff. The carafe was changed after waiting about 10 mins.
7. I never received a bill and was told on departure that the printer was not working. I left without being able to review the charges.
I have never stayed at a Hampton Inn that was so disappointingly horrendous. Something needs to be done or else this is it for Hilton and us.!
One member of staff must be commended (Doneisha). She tried to help in the best way she could.
