The hotel and staff is very nice. Internet speed was less than 1 Mbps, so they placed an extender in my room. I found it very stressful that the houskeepers wanted to force their way in to my room 2 times a day. I was working, so I had the sign out, "Do not disturb", and I told the staff that I did not need cleaning. Then I got letter from the front desk, saying the staff needed to come in for cleaning.

Rooftop pool is good. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is spacious. But the fit balls in the gym are not in good condition. During the rainy day, the guest will spend more time in the gym. Hope they can improve the facilities in the gym soon.

We had a really lovely stay at A La Carte hotel. The staff were very polite and provided us with good service through out. I would recommend to family and friends and definitely come back.

Hotel and service are good value for money. Breakfast was good, decent choice. View from our room facing the ocen was very good. Nice little balcony to sit on. Room was a decent size. Really good selectiion of tv channels. Service from all staff was good. Nice little rooftop pool. One problem if your room faces the oceam. From 7pm to 11pm the bar directly opposite the hotel, Ocean Lounge Bar pumps out really loud techno rap music which makes yoour room vibrate.Not the hotels fault but spoils your stay.

The staff was very accommodating. Some spoke English pretty well. The property was always being cleaned and maintained. The lobby staff was always there to help. The room was quiet and clean. We had a balcony with an ocean view which was amazing. Downside: lots of traffic below, horns honking. And every morning at 5 am there was a loudspeaker announcement on the beach that sometimes went on for 1.5 hours. Not sure what they were saying...

Check in - 5/5 Amenities 3/5 Area around 3/5 Housekeeping 5/5 Service staff 4/5 Pool 3/5 Check out 2/5 My only unhappiness was during checkout where the front office insisted we took their "smoke free mask" (something they provide as a fire safety equipment) Although it was on my onus to check if that was provided upon check in, i am on a holiday, why would i want to check if every small item was there at check in. I really didnt take the masks, and i had to explain time and time again to dispel the situation. I suggest the hotel review how they manage this situation, and for people booking the hotel, please be careful as it may be some tourist trap to make you pay Nevertheless, this incident aside, the room, location, staff are great

Good ocean view ,Tiny bedroom ,bathroom need a door or a curtain . And thế most disappointed thing happened when we checkout and was stopped by the staff over a laundry bag which wasn't there when we checkin .

Wonderful view of the beach from the balcony, the room is comfy and large with a stove, shower is great with a rain fall shower head. Awesome breakfast with a large variety of choices.

It is a double bed room, the beds are too small in size. TV size can be bigger, the worse is the TV is not facing the bed and sofa. The pantry occupied a large area but useless to most people.

Its the 3rd time Ive stayed at this property. Good points: Friendly staff at reception and Guest Services. Very close to the beach and seafood restaurants if thats what you like. Bad points: Noisy surroundings with lots of traffic sounds and loud music from the stage on the beach. (I was staying in a room facing the beach.) Furniture in the common areas show some aging. Staff at the breakfast buffet (eye counter) was nonchalant and seemed uninterested.

Great location with amazingly roof top pool and bar. Service was excellent. Beachside rooms are exposed to the road noise and loud music from the bar opposite the hotel but the view is fantastic

This is my first time to Vietnam and staying with A La Carte Danang beach hotel was wonderful. The hotel is just opposite to the beach and the view is amazing especially from the roof top pool. Location is great as it is only around 15 min from Danang airport. The hotel offers shuttle bus services to Hoi An and Ba Na Hills (very popular locations when you visit Danang) at a price cheaper than that offered by a cab/ car from GRAB app. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help out. Only problem was the noise from people singing karaoke from a stage near the beach as my room was on 5/F. However, this is a minor problem and the stay has been wonderful overall.

Great hotel , great location next to the beach . Amazing roof top space . My room was a long size bed with self catering facilities if needed , which I didn't really . Better to get a beach facing room if you can .
