The stay was ok, we booked with quality inn because it had a hot tub and pool, however we booked from the app and had no idea there was no elevator, my mother in law and myself have issues with stairs so by the time we made it up all the stairs, there was no way we were walking to the basement to go to the pool.
Also there was no ice machine on our floor, the only ice machine is on the main floor.
Our room, had not been dusted in weeks, i was able to write the word hello on the base of the lamp in the dust.
The top blanket was so wrinkled it looked like someone had just slept in both beds
The only really good part of the stay was, the beds were really comfortable

Booked 2 nights (Fri-Sun) Inside room said policy is to clean rooms every 3 nights. Left at 7:15 am Saturday morning to return at 8:30pm to my door left open. Cleaning staff came in moved my personal belongings to make the beds. My son’s hockey cards were left in a disaster spread all across the floor. Went to pool Saturday night (hot tub is disgusting) and my friend staying beside me while at pool had someone enter her room and do the same thing. My other friend had staff walk into her room twice unannounced. Another friend had a bracelet stolen from staff right after checking out of room. Person on duty made us new cards but suggested putting a knife in door way as extra security. Complained and hotel refuses to offer any type of compensation for leaving my room door open and rummaging through my property without consent. $509 for two nights for unprofessionalism and dirty / sketchy pool area. Will not return

The amenities were great! The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows and bedding were poor quality.

Second floor very hot in hallways.
Cleaning staff leave multiple bags of garbage in hallways with cleaning carts, unprofessional and dirty looking. This was the case on arrival and departure.
Room itself was clean.
Bed was not comfortable.
Restaurant was ok… breakfast potatoes had a refrigerated and reheated taste… would prefer deep fried.
Desk staff not friendly, didn’t look up unless you approached them.
I expect more especially given the rate paid, this wasn’t a budget discount rate.

Two staff members came into our room at different times without explanation

When we checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied. When we went back to the front desk they upgraded our room to one of their best rooms. The room was spacious and had been updated. The hot water in the bathroom didn’t work. The bed was old. The room was dirty and smelled like air freshener. The TV was old and very confusing as there was no remote. Their was a hot tub in the room. Once we started filling it their was all kinds of stuff floating around. The smoke detector was broken and kept beeping every 30 seconds. There was no elevator in the hotel and we were on the second floor. This is not an accessible property. We will NEVER book a Quality inn in the future.

This was a nice room (double queen), over-looking the river (would be really nice in warmer weather). My only complaint, but a big one, is that every lamp in the room had bright white fluorescent bulbs. Not warm white, but bright white. The bathroom (thank god) had warm white bulbs. Anyhow, the lamps were so bright I felt like I was in an operating room when I turned them on.

Lovely spot. Very clean and highly recommend the Muskoka Gaga river cruise…. Beautiful!! We had the breakfast and all food was delicious! Stunning place and really loved it all around.

Only real issues were the outside of the windows were dirty and the bathroom fan didn’t work otherwise a very clean room. It was disappointing that the restaurant only served breakfast and my buddy and I wanted dinner on our arrival but had to go off property. Bowling was closed but it was a Tuesday no biggie. Pool was a nice temperature. Didn’t test hot tub. Overall not bad. Nice and quiet,

Thank you so much to the front desk for making our trip to Bracebridge a great one!!! We were a large group and had other accommodations arranged and it didn’t work out, we had a family wedding and the front desk did everything to accommodate us and make us comfortable!!! Thank goodness! The quality Inn was clean and beds were super comfy. Friendly staff and a great view.

We stayed for 1 night. Our room was spotless. The guys at the front desk were very kind and helpful. My grandchildren really enjoyed the pool.

I booked this property over others as it had a pool and a hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t working. It was warm but the jets would not turn. The pool was incredibly small and very cold. There was many people in it and a family playing catch with a ball across the entire pool. I tried getting in the deep in by the ladder but the rungs were all turned and I was unable to use the ladder. I went in through the shallow end and ended up being hit in the head by a volley ball. There was also a very musty smell when we first entered our room so we had to leave the window open and go out for a while. And when we went to leave the property we tried to buy a drink at the vending machine and every choice was sold out! There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the halls on the second floor.

I booked two rooms. One door didn’t lock. I asked for another room they said they did not have any and they’d fix lock. The communication was not good. They did finally find another room though?
The other room was good but water from bath and sink did not empty it took a while.
On the whole the stay was good. It was the third time staying and this was our first time with issues.

The room was clean and beds were good. It was an accessible room which we didn't request or need so it had no vanity in the bathroom, just a sink, not very convenient. They advertise on the website that they have a restaurant and bar but it is closed for dinner so thats not honest advertisement.

Your website said on-site dining which was a huge draw for us. Your website also said on-site bowling lane. When I went to book your confirmation page listed all amenities included bowling and onsite dining was listed . After paying and then checking in that’s when we found out the restaurant was closed during our stay and the bowling alley wasn’t open either ?? To late to change hotels and couldn’t get refund
Your staff was friendly but should get what I paid for mentioned it to front desk and sorry about that was the only compensation I got we had to find alternate arrangements for breakfast and dinner for the three days we were there not cool

Our room was good. There is a drainage issue in the sink and bath tub. Interior of the hotel is nice and clean but outside needs to be taken care of. Cigarette and weed butts all over the place. The smell from those smoking just outside the door is awful. Overall the hotel could use a update!

The hotel was clean, quiet and close to amenities in the area. The location was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. No problems with our stay.

The hotel is in the middle of reservations with no breakfast room yet. Our floor had not undergone reservations as yet. So the best rating can only be average.
Having said that both night and morning staff were very professional and helpful and clearly are doing their best.
The grab and go breakfast and coffee in the lobby were just fine.

We stayed here for the pool which was older but really large and the kids had lots of fun.
