We stayed for one night. It was great, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Transport/transfer service was reasonably priced and very easy to organise. Would recommend this hotel.

Great stay. Gym and Pilates were great. We also enjoyed the breakfast with vast choices to select from. It was also great that they served breakfast until the 11am after a late night. The location was so convenient to get around and in most cases very walkable. The hotel made us feel very safe and comfortable.

The staff are wonderful!! Big thanks to Maria, Wulan, and Chika in the restaurant. The pool was refreshing and service was great. My daughter loved the popcorn and fairfloss station!! Thanks again.

Rooms are clean and nice, Portacot was supplied by hotel, breakfast was lovely with lots of options available. Staff go above and beyond to make the stay memorable. The pool can be very cold due to not getting much sun our 2 year old wouldn’t swim in the pool due to it being so cold. People throw towels on pool lounges first thing and then disappear (only half of the lounges get sun during the day)

Great location near Seminyak beach and with a buggy cart option to the centre of Seminyak for shopping and the beach. Staff were pleasant, rooms were comfortable, pool was fun and the breakfast was excellent!

Our stay was amazing! The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and the staff at all times were friendly and attentive, especially good with the children, seeming to genuinely enjoy having them in the hotel. Nothing felt like too much trouble for any member of staff. The pool was fantastic with different sections depending on your mood and the giant pool cushions meant we didnt need our own floaties!

The staff are solicitous & courteous. The property is very clean, food is excellent! The breakfast buffet has so much to offer, so much different types of food are served for a very cheap price! The hotel is at the center of everything including the beach.

The hotel is very nice. Our stay was smooth. Whenever there was a problem, it was quickly resolved. Staff is helpful and gracious. The courtyard view was amazing. Happy vibes overall. Great for kids though we don’t have any.

I loved my stay here. The location and facilities are terrific, a very short walk to the beach and so many restaurants and cafes nearby. As with many other reviews I have read though it is to the staff that most accolades go, they are genuinely friendly caring and really add to the enjoyment at this superb property. A special mention for Penny and the crew at the pool bar. My nearly 2 weeks at the Courtyard was the most enjoyable holiday I have had a long time. I will be back.

My partner and myself have stayed at the Courtyard in Seminyak multiple times now and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Bali. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, spacious and beds are comfortable (room service are great and always leave little touches to the room), all of the staff are incredible especially Penny by the pool and Dede. Food and cocktails are great and such a convenient spot. We will be back!! :)

This was the perfect hotel for a week's stay. Hotel staff were all so friendly & made the stay so amazing. They provide buggy ride services to several stops around the area to make roaming around easier. Also, the beach is easily accessible (down the street). Highly recommend to stay here, especially if you're travelling with children.

This property boasts exceptional service and commodities. A great location. Pool facilities are great. Everyone has a pool chair, beanbag of bean lounge. Food and breakfast is top quality. Highly highly recommend.

Had a wonderful 7 night stay. Daily breakfast was amazing with a huge variety. Had dinner one night at Seminyak kitchen and was disappointed. All hotel staff are extremely friendly, helpful and amazing but some need more English to communicate as it was difficult at times. The pool, swim up bar, bar food and activities were fantastic. My main disappointment was having stained sheets on my first night and the mini fridge not cooling drinks. Overall fantastic and definitely will stay again.

Location was perfect, staff were friendly. Happy hr was 5 hrs long. Breakfast was until very late & so wonderful. Room service was spot on. Laundry service was cheap & folded so nicely, almost like a robot had don it. Staff who cleaned the room were very particular with every detail. I met so many great people that had been there numerous times, which confirmed to me that I made the right choice in hotels.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Gym had limited equipment. Not enough pool beds, people getting up early and reserving a bed by putting a towel on it and not coming back for hours.
