The hotel was nice but not great. Clean and well kept considering the amount of use it has. The beds were very used and uncomfortable. Our room smelled like coffee as we were right over the hotel coffee shop. The “breakfast” was terrible, went and got food somewhere else, just shouldn’t expect much.

Overall stay was good. About 15min walking distance to Disneyland. Beds weren't as comfy as well with pillows. Big space though and love the shower pressure was awesome.

Close walk to Disney. I absolutely love the waffles for my 2 year old. I love the hard boiled eggs yogurt with fresh banana or apples. Clean rooms, I can bring my dog if we don’t have someone to watch her. Highly recommend for families visiting Disneyland. Don’t sleep on the room service. I ordered the Mongolian beef and my husband ordered the hamburger and we both split it with our child. AMAZING!!! I’m not sure how they get the food so fast and if they have hidden restaurants each preparing the order. We always book here when visiting Disneyland.

Upon arrival, we struggled to find a parking spot due to limited space. Additionally, the bedroom door didn't lock properly and the mirror was outdated. Breakfast consisted of cold biscuits, eggs, and sausage. Despite not having children, we were given a room with bunk beds as they had run out of other rooms.

Our stay was amazing. I loved how the rooms were able to accommodate the whole family. Very spacious and clean. Excellent walking distance from the park. Overall, satisfied with our stay. Will definitely be staying here again in our future Disneyland visits.

The sound proofing at this property is awful. You can literally hear the traffic non stop. The AC unit in the room is also very old that it makes loud noise at random at night. With those two combos, sleep was crap and day at Disney was affected negatively. I would not stay at this property again.

Stayed for a Disney vacation. Hotel offers complimentary breakfast and is about half a mile from Disneyland so it was convenient to get off to the park early. We had all the things we needed, staff was friendly and helpful and place felt clean. Only small drawback was that the bed was uncomfortable. I like a firm bed but even for me the mattress was too thin and hard.

Overall very good experience front desk was extremely helpful excellent customer service! Only issues were inconsistent hot water throughout the day in the shower, housekeeping should be daily as my dirty towels sat there for two days and I had to ask daily for fresh towels and my garbage had to be thrown out by ourselves. For the price I paid I should at least be reimbursed parking

Very clean. Beds are so comfortable. Pool was great. Nice view of fireworks from rooftop. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was a hit with the kids. Will definetly go back.

Great location, good breakfast, clean. Rooms are large and spacious. Slightly loud inside the rooms, and they didn't give us the rooms with bunk beds although that is what I booked.

My only complaint is that the gym doesn’t open until 8am. Breakfast at 6:30 but the gym not until 8am. For being unmanned seems unreasonable. But other than that it was a great stay.

The resort was conveniently located as it was in close proximity to Disneyland. However, I was appalled that they charged $30 a day for their own guests to park. Additionally, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending when I had a simple follow up request for our room to actually be cleaned.

Very nice place to stay! Under 20 min walk to Disneyland. Was very clean and we felt safe. Breakfast was amazing! Eggs, sauasge, waffles, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal and more! Fantastic stay!!

Hotel was great! The breakfast provided was wonderful and much bette than other SpringHill suites. The room was clean and nice and we were very comfortable. The only downsides were that there is no hot tub near the pool and the fee to park a vehicle is steep. $30/day seems a little excessive. Definitely do your homework and see if a ride share app will be cheaper.

Our room faced Harbor Blvd and there was a lot of street noise on the 3rd floor. Otherwise, it was a good location to walk to the parks or use the bus stop out front.

It was important we have a comfortable bed and this hotel met our expectations. Another plus is its walking distance to Disneyland and thats great if you have a toddler who needs to nap.

I will be staying here again on my family's next disneyland trip. Its under a 10 minute walk to disneyland from your hotel room. The only downside was the gym hours werent open early enough to go before heading out for the day.

The staff at the front door should have told that the room key should be used in the elevators and parking exit. The room key did not work at times.

Walking distance to Disneyland was not too bad. Facilities were very comfortable. I liked the set up of the family room with the bathroom separating the space for the adults and the children. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Everything was clean and seemed very new. Breakfast was very good, very busy, however, not too difficult to get breakfast from the abundant options (homemade waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, muffins, hard, boiled eggs, etc. including juices, tea, and coffee)

Friendly staff, yummy breakfast. I was allowed to check in early for which I’m extremely grateful for after a long day of travel!
