Staff was friendly and helpful…room was clean as well. However the temperature could never get comfortable.. the room was too hot despite adjusting the thermostat. The mattress was a little too hard and the bed covering could have been better quality.

My family and I stay at this Hampton inn at least twice a year. This by far has been my best experience there. The other times weren’t bad but this time it was special thanks to the staff.

Great hotel and the staff was the epitome of excellence. Tiger the check in lady very good personality and helpful. The young lady Nicole what a joy kept the breakfast area fully available and great conversation. Tommy thanks for the punctuality of accommodating the request in a timely manner. Kurtencia thanks for a easy check out. Overall GREAT STAFF/nice hotel. I would stay again.

Kat, at the front desk at our check inn was outstanding. she s very professional and knowledgable. we had issues with our tv and she found the problem and got everything resolved. breakfast was great, gym was good, we will be back

The carpets are dirty. They are stained and feel wet and sticky in our room. The vinyl chairs in the lobby are dirty from the breakfast area. The kitchen staff is having trouble keeping up with breakfast. When we checked in we confirmed we are silver members and still were not offered as much as a bottle of water. Just very disappointed

Lots of stains in the room and all over the hotel. Sticky and smelly carpet in the room. The room smelled awful. The sheets were clean but the bed was hard as a brick and messed up my back. I booked through a 3rd party but made sure to tell management before i left my concerns and she acknowledged it and the went on to tell the 3rd party when I complained that she didn’t think I was making a complaint and offered 25.00 compensation for this egregious stay. Buffet was great. Staff was kind. Hotel itself unclean.

Did not stay. Drove into town, saw the deplorable conditions,saw the area around the hotel was not much better. Notified the hotel we would not stay...of course, being charged anyway

The only downside to my stay was the door knob on the bathroom door being broken. I did notify the front desk about it. We were still able to access it but we had to do so carefully

I did not get maid service during my stay. The bathroom main light fixture bulbs blew. We didn’t have enough pillows to sleep comfortably. There were only three pillows and four would have been much more comfortable. The potatoes served for breakfast on Saturday were ice cold.

On the first night of my reservation, I woke up at 4:00 a.m. and there were ants in the bed, ants on me, ants biting me, ants in and on my phone on the bedside table. I immediately called the front desk and the lady told me that she could not do anything about it because she was doing paperwork. She said that she might be able to do something 30 minutes from then. At around 8:00 a.m. I was given another room.

The manager on duty was awful, she told some family that I could go to another hotel down the street. We understand the shortage of staff and all the rooms was not ready but the manager should have assured us that they were working on it instead of telling us we could go to another hotel. The hotel itself was clean.

Some people were working on a motorcycle behind the hotel late at night. One of the guys had pulled up to help and turned his stereo ip to its max, i think with very loud bass beats and rap music. Could not sleep. (It was afrer midnight) The bass beats were literally rattling the windows. I had to call down to the desk asd tell the manager. Is soon quit. Also there were gatherings of people under the drive thru area, outside the front door tha you had to maneuver through to go in or out, even late at night. I hop that i remember not to stay there again!
