I loved the hotel, the staff, the location, the food. Firstly, we got there at 9.30am and they cleaned the room super fast so we could go straight in to sleep! We were in by 10.30am. The staff were very helpful and called to check in when there was a small issue with the towels. The location was great - it was on the top of a hill which was a small hike, but it was far enough away for there to not be too much noise, and close enough for a nice stroll to get to the popular places. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the lady who worked there got to know us and our orders. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. We did not use the spa or the gym so cannot comment on those.

very nice hotel, quiet, nice staff

Beach is within walking distance, as is the markets. The food at the hotel was delicious! The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very kind. Only downside was the shower, that spilled water all over the place.

Very good service, reasonable prices. Breakfast is served between 7:30-10:00, but you need to come early in order to get the nicest meals cause they don't refill all of them. Probably the best hotel in the area. Though the beach is a bit far away(20 mins walk).

Pros: 1. Pool with spa 2. Rooms with large sliding doors 3. Staff is helpful 4. Less noisy compared to other Patong Beach hotels Cons: 1. No laundry on-site and very few amenities expected from a "resort" 2. Drive up to hotel entrance is steep. Parking is tight. 3. Elevator stunk the entire time we were there 4. Staff was helpful but didn't communicate well in English making it hard to correspond with them 5. Hotel requires guests to either deposit 2000 bahts or retains passport until check-out 6. Checkout process was not quick and we ended up waiting for 10-15 minutes until the staff had checked the entire room 7. Few restaurant options 8. Away from Patong Beach restaurants, beach and other attractions

efficient check-in and late check-out. staff extremely accommodating, room I had was convenient to everything , pool, restaurant, no complaints except for my need for a cuppa in my room late at night.

The hotel is in a good location to visit Patong Beach or Chung Ceylon. Facilities are good, service is good.

The hotel structer was very classic and had great natural view. I liked to stay here. The room service, staff and their cooperation were nice. The swimming pool and it's surround view was amazing. Breakfast was very good. Thanks to chef.

We stayd 2 nights and we enjoyed it very mutch. The pool area was nice.

Near jungcelon shopping store. Have a fitness room and spa . Swimming pool is great

For what we paid for we definitely got our money money's worth an more. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, so a little hidden sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. Would also recommend the buffet breakfast, the staff were continuous in offering us food. If I ever stayed in patong again, would book this resort.

We stayed here for 8 nights as a couple.The room was spacious we stayed on level 1. Few steep steps, so you better be fit:-), but the lift will take half of it off.Nice pool, toys for kids available.requested extra pillows service was prompt. Very disappointed on no gym included. You can pay an d visit the gym next door, appears a bit false advertising as it was important for us when.booked to have the facility included.the hotel should change the advertising and include extra fee so you can make a decision when booking.Breakfast was ok,as it wasnt busy not much food available. The staff is lacking English, we found you had to get your own menu and walk up to them before getting served. Just little things to make the place perfect.food was delicious,no gimmicks, great portion size, very reasonable price!!!! Room was good, internet ok.shower is a little short for tall people like us.room service good, very clean rooms.when requested airport shuttle for 3.30 am service for 800 Baht was provided.very good, great value for money.very close to night market, washing machines and Familymart across the road. Little walk to the beach everything is close enough but not very central location.Overall good place to stay especially with kids.

Being a single guy in Phuket for 9 days I wanted something close to the Bangla strip & close enough to walk to the beach but quiet enough to escape it all when I didnt want to party all night. C&N was just that and easy on the picket too.The staff are very friendly and helpful which made the stay very pleasant. The pool always seemed clean as did the grounds. Breakfast did the trick - nothing exciting but good enough to get your day started. The lady at the tour desk was very helpful for exclusions, bike rental and suggestions. Prices were also favourable, I had no reason to shop around. There were families with young children staying at the hotel who seemed very happy too. All in all Id say for the price it is a great option and having seen a few of the other options whilst roaming Phuket at a similar price is say look no further.

Very nice hotel with breakfast. Breakfast is good and hotel is walking distance to Patong Beach. Staff are very friendly and has a tour guide at the hotel.
