Mostly everything was ok. Not beach front but about 10 mins walk away. Lots of amenities nearby. Room was nice and spacious. Shower was good. Only complaint is the food served for breakfast. They recycle their food over a few days. Once I saw left over doughnuts from yesterday served today. Some of the cakes were dry (meaning, not fresh). Once, rice used for fried rice was not fully cooked.

This hotel was of good value as it was quite basic, as others have said it was only built in 2014 and the hallways are looking a bit shabby. Breakfast wad not great and it seems that unless you get there early the choice reduces as the morning goes on as nothing was replenished. The food was of a definite Russian and Chinese flavour. I think if I visit Vietnam again I will think about spending a little more and go elsewhere.

Our night bus arrived at 6 am. We walked two blocks to the hotel, rested comfortably in the lobby and the very friendly staff let us have early check in at 9 am. The walk to the beach takes only 10 minutes and the beach chairs cost fifty thousand dông or 2.25 US $ for the whole day. The rooftop pool is perfect for suntanning but the water is over chlorinated. The Happy Diving Center is just a block away. I highly recommend it: lowest price in town, quality equipment, professional and friendly divemasters. If you go for more than one day diving, you get the VIP treatment: better diving sites, especially cave diving.

The building seems to have thin walls and so you can hear people in other rooms - my first night I was "entertained" by a Russian couple having a big fight that eventually moved out into the hall, and the next morning I was awakened by the sweet sound of some guy puking his guts out in another room, a bit more dramatic than the sound of guys hacking loogies other mornings. So there's that. The cleaning crew also got at it early, around 9am, so a pair of earplugs might not be a bad thing in this place.

We originally booked 2 rooms requesting they be either interconnecting, adjacent or across the hall from each other. Upon check-in, we were given 2 rooms on different floors. During discussions with reception staff about this, due to their lack of English, I formed the opinion that: a) we could change rooms the next morning and; b) one of our rooms had been downgraded. It wasn't until I refused to pay for the downgraded room and called the english speaking manager that in fact yes, unfortunately for the first night of 7 we would be on different floors, but one of our rooms had in fact been upgraded for the length of the stay. Even though, I still can't fathom how a 4 month advance booking cannot be catered for, if I had been informed of the correct situation and upgrade from the start it would have prevented the heated broken english debate that ensued. The most disappointing thing was the buffet breakfast. Along with my wife and kids, we have travelled to many asian countries so we are quite familiar with their breakfast offerings but even I conceded there was nothing I wanted to eat here. Lucky there are plenty of great eateries nearby, not least of all Lanterns directly across the road. On a positive note the rooms were spotless and large. I chose this hotel because of my local friends recommendation. During my stayig, the hotel offered great services to our couple. Its cleaness , comfort and breakfast were good enough to satisfy me. As well as this, the staff in there were friendly and willing to help guests. it is also located in the certer of City

Good hotel. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. Wifi is good here also as is the breakfast. The only thing that lets it down is the pool area upstairs which is not worth the trouble of visiting. The rooms without windows are a little grim as well. Having said that, it's a great budget option.

Felt a bit shady. The hotel and the breakfast is nice, but the receptionist recommended one of the scammiest bars in Nha Trang (look up "Why not bar" on Tripadvisor if you want to read some nice horror stories) Room service seems to come around very early, and if you want to sleep in - no cleaning for you. Best part of this hotel was the location - close to the beach and situated opposite to the best restaurant in Nha Trang - Lanterns. For the breakfast and location alone I might consider the hotel again, but I would stay clear of the reception. ;)

Clean, nice, good location.

The hotel was in a good location and was very clean, however, it lacked any personality. There is a large poolside bar area which they do not operate. Breakfast was plentiful but bland, as were the staff. There is an overwhelming number of Russians in Nha Trang and the locals almost seem fearful of them. Once they realise you are not Russian they open up and warm to you. Rooms do not have Windows but they do not advertise this clearly as do other hotels, it's buried in the fine print.

Located in the centre of the nightlife area, this modern hotel has everything you need. We are touring Vietnam and this is bar far the cheapest place we have booked and we were not disappointed. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights on our first trip to Vietnam. The hotel is very clean, new and most important of all, has very friendly and helpful staff. Beds are comfortable, the shower is nice and hot with good pressure.They helped us out with making taxi and other transportation arrangements, which can be tricky in Vietnam. Breakfast had a nice variety and different every morning. Location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of all the action, around the corner from the famous Sailing Club and a short 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The price cannot be beaten. Tip: Make sure you visit a lounge on the 28th floor of the Sheraton Hotel, the views are spectacular!
