It is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi. Beautiful property with amazing and courteous staff that is always there to help. Special thanks to Neha for making our stay so memorable.

The stay was amazing and as the name says the property is GRAND. The hotel is clean and staff provides great hospitality. Recommended for stay though bit costly.

It was a near perfect visit, the only problem being that we were so busy doing other things that we didn’t get to enjoy the property enough. The service was impeccable, the room was luxurious, the food delicious, and the grounds were just beautiful! And my wife loved the spa!

A very private place in back of City , if one prefers a complete privacy where he dont want to be disturbed by anything this is the place to go for , looks like a kingdom in its appearance and if you fancy golf u can enjoy that too here , they also have a private pool within the room where you can take a dive any time of the day , rooms are separate like houses where 2 people share room some by side , its suitable for couples and married people also friends can have a good time here too, you will be welcomed in a grand way , I mean literally

The Hotel Property is fabulous, what you see is what you get. Nice getaway, not crowded, has a very centring feel to it. The time spent the first day was excellent. However, for me the stay was very disappointing. One of a kind experience indeed. As much as the hotel is welcoming, the staff is uncoordinated. We faced difficulty in the telephone systems. The back office staff is not good, and my experience took a turn for the worst. Not enough ramps for wheelchairs / prams. I may never recommend this hotel as my experience in the end was very bitter.

Its at the outskirts of Gurgaon ,lovely property ...lovely weekend stay with friends and family ,lovely bar ,food is expensive and no other restaurants near by . Staff is very accommodating

Great hotel, still new so the staff will take some time to settle down.

Stayed at the property back in March and it was a delightful experience. Rooms were clean and the semi private pool in the room was excellent. Food at the Indian room was great though the service at the hotel is not what you desire from an ITC property however since it is a new property over time I am sure service would become better.
