Traveling around the state of Kentucky and staying here as one of our stops. Very clean and very comfortable. Much needed after a long day of cave exploring at Mammoth Cave. Loved the back road driving all the way here- such beautiful scenery!

The night clerk was not friendly and not very interested in helping when a lady fell in her room and we were trying to help called 911 our kids were terrified

Everything was nice except the beds. I don't know why hotel beds are so firm/uncomfortable. This is everywhere we've gone but it's rough when you have back problems. I would recommend this location, although I was told locals cannot stay unless there's a good reason, like no hot water at our home (which was sent we were there; for a shower). The front desk clerk was very good and knowledgeable.

Stayed 5 nights on the last night we had to ask for trash to be emptied! Beds were hard, but I likes the pillows

Standard hotel, very clean but the pillows are pancakes. The area is very walkable for restaurants and distillery tours. Parking is across the street in a garage, no need to validate at hotel. Surprisingly safe for being downtown, just watch where you step.

Property was clean and staff were courteous. The hot breakfast items were generally cold, unfortunately, which spoiled our experience of an otherwise good property. There was plenty of food but their setup doesn’t allow for keeping hot foods hot, which is a bummer.

The front desk staff weren't very personable, but they were kind. The room was overall clean. I appreciated the locked soap dispensers. The breakfast was yummy, especially the cinnamon rolls!

This was a great overall stay! Very close to hidden river cave (and others). Plenty of shopping around the area as well. Staff was friendly and inviting. The only complaint I have is that the mini fridge took an entire day too cool down and we had to turn it all the way up. Other than that a very nice trip!!

Great hotel. Great service. Friendly staff. We were here for 2 nights. Breakfast was great. Only complaint I have is the TV was a bit loud during breakfast so we couldn’t hear each other talk.

It is a fairly new property and nice and clean. The staff with whom we came into contact were pleasant and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were pulling a boat and parking was set up very well for us to not only park but to plug in and charge our boat batteries overnight.

Absolutely enjoyed the heated, indoor pool. Breakfast was delicious! Property was clean, quiet, and I appreciated the security cameras in the halls. The place just felt safe and friendly.
