This was a really nice hotel! Very clean, modern ( barn door on bathroom). The pool was open, nice, outdoor, but freezing on the day we came in late May; no pool towels provided. Breakfast was standard powdered eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, bagels, fruit, coffee, juice, cereal. It was actually identical our next day at Hampton Inn.

Beginning with the room key not working, it went downhill from there. We could not turn the TV on and had to get the desk host to check it out. He had to manually turn it on as the remote would not work. But the icing on the cake was when the shower would not work. Desk attendant came but couldn’t fix!! Very disappointed with this situation which is totally unacceptable!

Looked like mold corner of shower. Air vent in bathroom dirty. Shower hard to turn on once turned off drips and cant stop. Toilet kept trying to run for no reason. Should get refund for this stay

Was a good hotel, the only problem do we see it’s the pool it is steel cool. Theyre should already put hot water in it.

This is the first and last time I would stay at this hotel. Checked in late at night, after a long drive only to go up to our room and open the door to a room in which someone was showering. The amount of things that could go wrong walking into a room already occupied is actually terrifying. All we received was a sorry. We were then put in another room and when we went to shower, the shower would not turn on. I called front desk for help and was essentially told to figure it out myself as he could leave the front desk unattended. After a while we got it but then the weren’t able to turn it off completely, so we had the water dripping all weekend. I called and requested to speak to manager but was told they wouldn’t be in until Monday and there was no way for me to communicate with them until they give me a call back. I would not recommend staying here, for the price and accommodations we received it is not worth it in my opinion.

Leaky plumbing. Dirty . This place is fully deprecated and should be torn down

Don’t be deceived by the photos-this is a well worn place in desperate need of renovation. We reserved two rooms. Both had leaking showers. When we asked for another room it had the same issue. We were told they are trying to get things fixed. In addition to the constant shower drip, a noisy bathroom fan could not be turned off. We turned on the heat and the smell was so overwhelming we did without it. The bathroom floor was buckled causing the door to have to be forced open and closed. The breakfast seating furniture was stained. I tried cereal and the milk was spoiled. I could go on, you have been warned.

Check in was great. Clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. There was no soap in the room and only one wash cloth. The night clerk was rude, as was the man running the breakfast buffet. There were bags of trash in the hallway. There were no snacks in the shop. The electric outlets on the lamps were loose.
