The room hadn't been cleaned properly, with old water bottles left in room, used towel on towel rack and bath mat on the floor. Not sure if the sheets had been changed.

What like the most were Irish staff were lovely in the tavern and reception unlike the Australian girl in the Tavern. What I didn’t like was the dirty sheets that had grass seed and dots of blood and hair. They definitely were not changed

The service was shocking! Nothing close, didnt get any if the orders for dinner right... best thing was the ease of parking & the lack of people (no wonder why)

Always a good sleep at The Mayfair, clean and quiet. Just wish they had a more comfortable chair to sit on as the ones in the room and not great for sitting on and relaxing. Other than that the food is always good and the staff are polite.

Great stay.
The property had an amazing buffet breakfast close to the tavern.
The rooms were super clean and tidy and the bed was so comfy aswell.

Great customer service and support from employees, thanks to Gurdeep Singh when we left. Definitely use again Mayfair Motel.

Overall comfortable and well priced.
Salt restaurant provided very nice meals at a reasonable price. Very convenient.
We were disappointed with the lack of information in the room as there was no compendium.

The Wotif booking and email system is easy to use but confirmed a room when it’s not available, when we are the staff was unhelpful and blamed the booking system, due to the room not being available we had to drive approx an hr out of way to find a room. I haven’t received a cancellation email and there is a transaction pending on my credit card.

Was a large complex and so most of my friends and out of town delegates could stay in the one facility where the 3 day conference was held also - so that was very convenient.

Food from the tavern was acceptable . Eventually sorted our accommodation .

The room was a good size . Thats about it . The smell in the room was of damp and smelly old socks. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable.

I didn't stay this night and was told i would get a refund and didn't.
Staff were never available to speak to as they only have one manager, but lovely to speak to when available.
we finally changed the booking times, fingers crossed the experience is better

We were greeted with a smile the booking in process was easy the motel has a laundry which was very convenient the room was clean and the location is great the hotel is in front of the property and there are convenience and take away shops straight over the road.

We were disappointed that we had booked a king room but were given a queen room on arrival without any comment or apology. When we went back to reception to question it we were told there were no king rooms available.

Good place for overnight transit stop. Very convenient having tavern as part of complex for dinner. Pool and surrounds were a bit untidy and could do with better cleaning
