Apart from the odd earthquake it was quite enjoyable exactly what I needed

The fire alarms went off at 1:30 am had to evacuated. Two fire trucks turned up. Not one staff member to be found anywhere. Food was excellent and very quick. Asian's in pokey room was very pushy.

Great staff was not put in the room I booked ( king bed ) but like I said great staff, great food.

The hotel is not expensive and we were looking just. PAC to sleep. There is not reception for guests. The guest hour find their way to locate where to register. After walking a lot between bars a dinning and casino we were told the reception was the same at the bar counter. The smell of cigarettes smoke is very strong. But once you are in your room you don’t feel it anymore. There isn’t elevator so guests have to drag their luggage upstairs.
The manager at the moment we register was rude and condescending to me.
The room was ok. Toiletries were supplied and towels.
There is a grocery store nearby.

The Crossroads Hotel is average. The parking is difficult, the rooms are all upstairs, you have to come downstairs to eat, no room service, the facilities are clearly old (gaps in door frame in the bathroom, cracks in the ceiling in the main room), they tried to give us a room with two single beds instead of the king room we had booked, and the gaming room stinks of cigarettes. Stay out of the gaming room, and make sure you have your booking receipt like we did so you can have the correct room. The food is average. Nothing special really. Just average experience here.

The rooms were excellent . Comfortable . I saw it was self contained but only a kettle was supplied and a wooden knife , spoon and fork . The shower was spacious and hot.

amazing room for a very reasonable price absolutely no complaints I stayed for two nights only very slight negative was the FREE wifi dropped out a little tiny bit during the day at night it was perfect

Good overall but incorrectly advertised as soundproofed (could hear conversations next door), 2 bathrooms (1 shower/toilet combo) and a rollaway bed to sleep a third (just the queen). The bathroom that was attached had mould in it but worked fine otherwise. Windows to the room did not open so ventilation was an issue. TV reception was pretty dodge on some channels, only a few worked ok. Lovely service from staff though. Dinner downstairs was great. It’s a good stop over on a road trip but I wouldn’t stay more than a night.

It smelt cigarettes in the accommodation side of the establishment it is also quite noisy through out the night with both traffic and customers

Before booking I read several reviews. None mentioned that it was located above a smoky casino and noisy bar. Although the room was clean, the noise was so loud, we could not sleep with earplugs. We booked two nights but found a different hotel for the second night.

Room was lovely and bathroom very acceptable and close to facilities and restaurant. The only critique was the mattress was not very comfortable .

Room was big and ok. Bathroom a little bit outdated and the sink was the one in the kitchenette. Unfortunately outside our 3 windows we had few air conditioning motor units plus the huge one for the restaurant downstairs. It was so noisy that it seems to be sleeping on an airplane. Also lying on the bed we could fee the vibrations coming from these units. We asked to have a different room but apparently there was no availability.

The only issue was, microwave was placed in the shower area and toilet did not have an exhaust. I stayed in a two bedroom apartment/suite.
