Quite and comfortable stay with a pleasant greeting from the host. Short walk to Main Street with food options, hotel, etc.

The Civic was the loveliest place to stay. Cosy and comfortable, it was centrally located to shops, cinemas, hotels and restaurants. I highly recommend The Civic.

The staff were fantastic, friendly, professional and helpful in pointing out where things were located. My room was clean had everything i needed. If i return to Grafton the Civic is where i will look too first.

The room is very dated as are the facilities. Austar channels are very limited, old system means finding something to watch is difficult. The enertainment from the pub accross the road was so loud that ear plugs were needed to sleep, luckily I had some. I paid $25.13 more than my mates did for the night. I thought I was supposed pay the same or better when using booking sites. I have stayed here previously but won't be again.

For a basic motel room it was quite decent. The staff were very nice and the location was great

Friendly and helpfull staffs, made my stay pleasant and comfortable

On check-in I was given the incorrect room with only 1 double bed when I booked a room with 1 double bed and 1 single for 3 of us. After showing my voucher to the receptionist clearly stating 1 double + 1 single beds, that I had paid for the extra person on the triple. I was still told that my agent booked the incorrect room, that I was over charged by Expedia and my agent and I should had paid only $120 ???? and that I still need to pay another $1010 for the extra bed. What a nightmare. I lost my cool and I was still only given a double bed room with the promise to get the extra bed in the room as soon as possible. The receptionist was inexperience and only after my agent calling the hotel and spoke to the manager the situation was finally resolved.

Handy to town close to hospital nice owner who drives a ford

Great stop off during a long drive up the coast. Clean and welcoming, with some good dinner and breakfast spots nearby - and a shaded pool to cool off in.

We were visiting family and the Motel was in a great location. Close to everything.

After driving 1700 km and bike racing 240km to the stay was very satisfying

This is an excellent motel. It is quiet, very comfy and has the best shower ever. The beds were very good and the room was nice and clean. It was great because the motel is pet friendly. Next time we are passing through we will definately stay at the Civic Motel.

A comfortable stop overnight on drive home to Sydney.

Clean but needs renovating. Some paintwork and repairs very poorly done. Provides a toaster as well as a jug. TV signal very poor and unable to access normal channels.

I was greeted with a lovely, warm welcome- much appreciated after a long drive. Comfortable, clean room. Recently refurbished bathroom- very modern. Good position- easy walk to shops and restaurants. Across the road from a pub- but don't let that detract from staying here. Minimal noise, and I stayed on a Friday night!

Very clean and basic but very handy to pubs and restaurants. I would certainly stay again!
