Nice hotel room, however lighting in bathroom was poor. Room was very convenient to downtown area.

Hotel was starting to look a little outdated. Carpeted areas looke messy on our floor.
Breakfast wasn't great - not much to select and okay quakity.
Gym was decent but annoying that steam and sauna were in change rooms so I couldn't relax with my partner.
Reception staff pleasant.

Too little seating near reception - ie no guest lounge area apart from waiting area for being picked up by vehicle.

Check in was very good and quick. The room itself was well appointed however the air conditioner in the room had a mind of its own and despite me following the instructions given be staff the temp was all over the place. The TV remote needed new batteries the safe needed a new battery. The trainee Hollie though was particularly friendly and very helpful. Despite this, the location is good and I would stay here again.

All good except for the included breakfast. Poor selection of food and you have to buy a real coffee if you can't drink boiled coffee like me.

This was a great one or 2 night stay a little on the small side but it was a studio & only for 1night. Staff were very helpful. Parking was full so had to park around the corner which is fine but a bit awkward dragging all our gear around would need a couple trips if we had anymore .was only a slight inconvenience
The restaurant looked really nice didn't eat there but would if we had more time
. Would definitely stay again.

We had an awesome stay at Capri by Fraser CBD Brisbane. It was clean, comfortable. Black out curtains , great shower, Nespresso machine and fridge. The gym facilities were great (along with their washer /dryer room next door which we did not utilize ) The staff checking in were very friendly and helpful. Easy car park (which we booked with our reservation . This hotel is in perfect location to everything we wanted to do in Brisbane; CBD bars, Southbank, and short Uber to Fortitude Valley . The running trails were amazing along the river banks right by here, and through the Botanical gardens.

The room was very comfortable and the Hotel in a very convenient location.
Breakfast was ultra disappointing I would suggest McDonalds down the road would be a better option!

We were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. Despite our early arrival, our room was ready for us to check-in within 15 minutes (Huge bonus!). The hotel is very conveniently located close to CBD and easily walkable to shops, Botanic Gardens and restaurants. The room was nicely appointed, including a kettle for our tea as well as milk in the fridge. There were also dishes, a sink, a microwave, a coffee maker, a comfortable bed and a nice large shower. We will be back next month and look forward to our return stay.

On paper, with the photos attached to the site, the hotel seems beautiful. Staff is great at reception but the room itself, quite a shame on the cleanness. The carpet was dirty, the kitchen, pretty dirty and the shower head, broken. I'm super Capri has better and shinier days. The location and the staff made is great actually but not the hotel itself.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location with friendly helpful staff. The only downside was the memory foam mattress which I found too soft and hot.

Hotel is in a great location but unfortunately is very run down and in need of a refresh. My room was dirty and had chipped furniture. It’s definitely not the star rating listed. Shame because I’ve stayed previously and it was great.

Carpark, enough to give you anxiety, glad I didn't take the ute. Didnt feel the room gave me bang for my buck, paid more than usual and no wow factor when first walked in. Nice, for sure but small. View over a construction site. Paid for breakfast option, basically baked beans, dry scrambled eggs, bacon and cereal/ tinned fruit options, no tomato juice! Would have been better off going to a cafe. Wouldn't go back.

Location and general feel been good. However the facilities and amenities would need to be looked after better. It wasn’t dirty but everything felt cheap, loose and run down.
Our smart tv liked to turn off by itself after a few minutes. The shower had unpleasant water stream with high pressure (good) but very fine stream that resulted being slightly painful.
The staff been very friendly and accommodating and the location is ideal if you like to be in walking distance to most things fun in Brisbane

I’ve tried numerous hotels in Brisbane but staying at Capri is always an absolute delight! It’s got the perfect combination of location, comfort, amenities, and great price. The rooms are quiet, modern, spacious and comfortable. The amenities are first class! I love the 24/7 gym, steam room and sauna that have conveniently located towels and PIN code lockers to store your belongings whilst you relax! It’s close to the botanic gardens, queen street mall, and an easy walk to Eagle street pier or south bank. Don’t worry about trying other hotels. Just stay at Capri!

Overall the hotel is very nice, somewhat clean. We saw some dirt on the curtain and in the bathroom. The check in was very good and the Filipino lady was nice. She gave me the wine as a VIP rewards. The hotel is close to everything in QLD.

Capri was a nice find. Right in the center of Brisbane. Steps from the Queen's Mall, the main thoroughfare with lots of restaurants and shopping options. Attentive staff; in fact, they even cleaned our room even if we had the don't disturb sign posted before going out one morning. Exercise room adequate and would have been nicer if steam room was working. Limited breakfast menu but we're not picky so we survived the 2 mornings we were there.

As someone who travels frequently for work, I am always looking for places to stay that provide a friendly, helpful service. Capri is just that. Great location and facilities and the staff are some of the kindest and most helpful I have encountered. A particular mention to Freya at the front desk who welcomes all with a genuine smile and hospitality. Nothing was a problem and her individual approach to guests is hard not to notice. She is definitely in the right industry and deserves recognition for her skill and professionalism in her role at Capri.
Thanks for the stay. Whilst short, I will be back again whilst travelling for work.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was nice, pool and steam room we enjoyed several times, always neat and clean, plenty of fresh towels.

I stayed in Capri as my nephew had stayed the year before while visiting family in the Brisbane area.
All fine although did have to remind them a few times about stocking up on essential bathroom provisions like towels and toilet paper.

My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. From the welcome at check in to checking out, the staff could not be faulted. Friendly, smiling and professional. The location is perfect for anything you want to visit. The room was well equipped and the bed comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again when in Brisbane and recommend to my friends and family.
