Nice hotel, big room, good breakfast, shame there wasn’t a bar/restaurant, the cafe was the only place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Phnom Penh not so nice, hard to get around walking with kids, taxi would rather stay asleep if you didn’t pay twice the local rate. Vietnam or Thailand are by far better countries to visit, only Siem Reap worth visiting in Cambodia, avoid the rest.

I have stayed several hotels in PP and met good staffs with several hotels but the staffs at this hotel seems to be best in my experience. the staffs are excellent and kinder than 5 star hotels. The facilities are wonderful and great for the price. I'd like to thank WHITE MANSION HOTEL and staffs for their wonderful experience. Thank you.

Large, quiet and comfortable room with good shower and amenities. Lovely historic hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Small pool but good for a refreshing dip with deck chairs and garden area for relaxing after sightseeing. Good breakfast in the cafe. Overall a restful and calm place to stay in the city.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The property is the former home of the U.S. ambassador and quite charming. There are a number of good dining options within easy walking distance of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay there.

The boutique hotel was quite lovely with a wonderful cafe that had both traditional and Khmer offerings for breakfast that we enjoyed every morning while we stayed there. Our room was spacious and clean and would definitely stay here again.

In the heart of the embassy district, this hotel is a former US embassy. Large, nicely appointed rooms w/ balconies, quiet, tall ceilings, a very nice breakfast at the attached bakery, and, of course, fine Cambodian hospitality.

We were upgraded and our room was amazing, a suite with plenty of room and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we had an amazing massage whilst there. The swimming pool was very calming and private. The cafe attached to the hotel had some great treats and meals were very good.

This is a nice little hotel. People are very good and foods are also nice. One problem is that the hotel is under renovation and very noisy inthe early morning starting at 7am. I would perfect this information could be passed on to the customers when they made booking. If I know this, then I would not book this hotel at this time. Expedia should put a sign on the booking web page, because you should know better than the customers.

We stayed at White Mansion for 2 nights whilst exploring Phnom Penh - it was in easy walking distance to locations and was a very comfortable hotel to stay in with super friendly and helpful staff. We were fortunate enough to have the pool all to ourselves when we returned from a day sightseeing! Would stay here again (our room was HUGE!!) and would recommend White Mansion if you are visiting Phnom Penh.

White Mansion is located in a good part of Phnom Penh. Easy access to all the markets and riverside and the location makes getting around really easy. At night thay area can be a bit quiet but thats okay. Hotel is very clean, everyone was so nice, helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and will book again innthe future.

Hotel was excellent and we were upgraded to a Suite. Air conditioning could do with being a little stronger though. Hotel and service was excellent though. Recommend the massage and the spa. Very professional.

Beautiful older building and well maintained grounds. Nice breakfast and attached restaurant. Staff were great, very welcoming and attentive. Only minor downside was in our room on the upper floor, the shower was open and between the door and toilet, meaning you got wet feet if needing to use the toilet after someone had showered. (Understand the bathroom layout is due to sloping ceiling of rooms on this floor).

I was told this is the old governer's residence. A beautiful building with classy interior. Rooms had the feeling of a small apartment in the good part of town. The restaurant was great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Staff was helpful with information about the area. A quick tuk-tuk ride anywhere in the city. A pool outside is great for soaking in after a day of tourism.

the history of the property was quite interesting. the only issue is climbing steps from the lift to the next floor with luggage in case you want to take it yourself

A truly memorable stay at White Mansion, the old US Ambassador's residence. Were greeted by friendly staff with cold towels and passionfruit juice and an upgrade from a junior suite to the full suite. The suite was massive with two double beds, a massive bathroom with two separate rooms for shower and toilet as well as his and hers sinks. There are refillable bottles provided and a filtered water station downstairs to prevent plastic wastage. A La Carte Breakfast provided in the cafe downstairs, I enjoyed the American breakfast with bacon and proper pork sausage twice. (rather than the chicken Frankfurts so often served at Asian Breakfasts) Lovely pool area with a super refreshing pool which was excellent to cool down in after a long day touristing. So easy to get around Phnom Penh, whether by foot or by the excellent Tuk Tuks ordered via Grab or Tada Apps.

Wow! This place is gorgeous. This is definitely my new go-to hotel for stays in Phnom Penh. I absolutely LOVED the room! The staff was also super friendly and very accomodating. You can't go wrong here! BEAUTIFUL!
