We used the same property a week before as well and were generally happy with the room. Upon return from our cruise we re booked at the same hotel. The room availed was stinking of urine and what was horrific was that the house keeping team didn’t realise and expected us to use the room!

They mislead guests. At time of check in I have been asked what time laundry will be picked up, I asked why you asked me this question? I asked them is it complimentary? They say yes. At the time of check out they changed their me $275. They misleading guesses

Pick up smooth from airport. Swift check in. Great room. Breakfast selection excellent. Could look to improve eco friendly side by having glass water bottles not plastic in room and restaurants. Hotel staff all excellent.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I paid for transportation from the airport, but there was none for JW Marriott when I arrived at Mumbai airport. JW Cafe restaurant Manager was imposing buffet dinner when I was asking for something from the menu and I had to look for an alternative place to eat.

My bedding and bath tub were dirty, and had spots. Shower had hair stuck. During check-in and dining, the staff were using cell phone frequently. It’s not the experience that you want from a 5 star hotel.

Marriott, I am always happy to stay with Marriott, wherever I go. My last trip to JW Marriott is really a very nice experience. 5 Mins Walk from Airport.. Making it a nice place in terms of proximity. Breakfast spread is really nice and we enjoyed a lot. Overall staff, services are pretty great. Special mention about the Guest relation Staff Zaima, an awesome personality and have taken every care to make sure our requests are taken care. we were few friends booked separately and with a smiling face managed to give rooms in the same floor and sorted out all little things we asked for. This attention to details always make a stay more memorable... Thank you for the experience

We stayed one night at this very nice hotel. They arranged an airport pickup for us, as well as a drop off. The drive from the hotel to the airport is about 5 minutes. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast Buffett was amazing (as was the room device).

The walls have barely any sound dampening installed. Even the the slightest conversation of the next room was easy to here. Not expected in property of this magnitude. Overall experience Could have been better. Not just saying, the whole month of stay in india, I stayed at St.Regis, Oberoi, Taj and lastly with you guys coz wer next to the airport. But was the worst of all 4. You guys are way behind other properties and can do lot better.

Brilliant location. Very convenient for the airport. We stayed here for a week. The Hotel is top class, staff is very courteous and always polite and professional. Special tanks to NABI and TEJAS in the cleaning team as they did a great job. Also Shyam on the reception was very helpful. Will always stay here when visiting Mumbai.
