Booked a studio turns out it’s an uncomfortable murphy bed. Front desk staff not the most friendly.

Most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. Pillows were like rocks. This sits behind another hotel which looks way better. Staff was friendly and hotel location was near just about everything. If beds were better, this would have been a better review as everything else was pretty good.

For $194 a night expect a pullout cot with pillows so old we slept on our ski jackets. Expect a better nights sleep in a prison cell. Rivergreen falsely advertised a jacuzzi in the bathroom with a balcony. And the hot tup in the common area is so gross we could not enter with all the floating hair, insects, and dirt. We love Loon mountain, but we will stay at the Holiday Inn or rent an airbnb in the future.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It was charmingly nostalgic. Everything from the fixtures, telephone, and curtains seemed like they must have been original (1990?). I dont see this as a bad thing, just something people should consider. Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi tub after our Train ride to Santa! We would stay again for a short trip.

We checked in and were told the building was having trouble with hot water. We had to run the water for almost an hour before we got any. When we opened the door we were shocked at how small the room was. Not even room for a mini fridge.The pics we saw looked like a suite. It was a suite but divided into two rentals. The unit was clean, staff helpful and other amenities decent. However not our cup of tea !

the river and its walk path was beautiful and relaxing we missed peak foliage but was still amazing. Only disappointment was with the area as most attractions and events were closed during our off season visit and all others do not allow for any adventurism - if you are not on a computer and pre booked you are out of luck.

Staff was very friendly. Room had trash (old water bottle and paper under the bed. There were old framed pictures and tv dinner stands in the closet. Beds were very uncomfortable. Wi-Fi had glitches requiring speaking to the desk to get on line. TV had to be rebooted twice. Located close to restaurants, shopping and skiing.

Property and staff were wonderful and accomadating. Expedia, on the other hand ignored or failed to convey our special request for a 12 noon checkin. Arrived at hotel to find check in was at 4:00 and we had nowhere to go with our handicapped child. THAT was quite annoying. Next time will skip Expedia and book directly with Rivergreen.

Was supposed to have 2 doubles, got one double and a ratty sleep sofa. Room smelled like must and body odor. Old and not updated. Ugly and old decor and bedding.

Our room had nice view from the first floor balcony. We sat outside in the morning drinking our coffee ☕️ and enjoying the sun.

While the property is a bit dated, The staff keep the place to a decent level of cleanliness,etc. Even though tucked back from the main rd, one can walk into Lincoln’s variety of dining options with minimal effort.

Price, location, and amenities were nice. We stayed in a double bed room. It would have been nice to have 1-2 chairs in the room so we didn’t have to set on beds only. We drug chairs down from elevator area. Even lawn chairs would have been nice.?this room was the bedroom half of a full condo.

The room was a disappointment. No refrigerator or micro wave. Only a cheep wooden chair to sit on. We were told that the unit was owned by someone else and they furnished it the way they chose. Very unhappy with the room but happy with the staff who carried a refrigerator up from the basement.

The view from our window was incredible. The property was easy to get in and out of each day. The only thing I really found wrong was the sheets---they had a texture rather like sandpaper. But the space in the room and the view were wonderful!

Room didn’t come with a microwave. I guess my fault for not making sure it did but they didn’t even have one I could you use to warm up a baby bottle. No paper plates or any kind of utensils. Nothing you need.

Lovely stay at Rivergreen. Easy access to coffee, food, groceries, and shops. Condo type rooms allow for you to cook if you want/need which is always a plus for us. Pool area was clean and easy to access. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

I booked this place for it’s pool and game room. The pool was closed for maintenance and wasn’t scheduled to open (possibly) 3 days after our arrival. The ‘game room’ had no arcade games . . . It was completely empty! The beds were horrific, lumpy, and sagged in the middle. I checked out first thing the next morning with my kids and went to another hotel.

Our stay was very relaxing, the bed was amazing. So comfortable. We did not use the jacuzzi tub because it was a little outdated and the shower curtain fell down. The Great Room was very nice, the only complaint about that is we could not use the pool table due to Covid, but we were the only family in there most of the time beside 3 other people. No Game room for the kids because of Covid. But overall the hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was excellent.

Pros: The location of the resort was perfect and in walking distance to a nice path along the stream. Also very close to town, the local restaurants, brewery, and winery. Easy drive and access to many of the hiking trails near by. Staff was welcoming and nice. Room was clean, but had a slight smokey smell on the blankets.Cons: They set us in a room in the front which was loud b/c there was a lot of construction going on. This was distracting and woke us up every morning. The wifi was very poor as many people were on it at the same time.I would stay here again, but would wait until the construction ends and will not plan to do any remote work from the hotel.
